  I’ve had a truly positive experience with Adams Crossing, and I’m grateful for the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff. From the moment I began my process, they were attentive, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. The property is well-maintained, clean, and provides a peaceful environment that feels safe and welcoming. What stood out to me the most was how responsive and understanding the management team is—they take the time to listen and work with you, which makes a big difference. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, transportation, and essential services. Everything you need is within reach, which adds to the comfort of living here. Overall, Adams Crossing provides not just housing, but a sense of community. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

  I went there for a tour for 2BR2BA available for 5-6 as it was stated online. When I arrived and spoke to manager she said they only had 2BR1BA available and the 2BR2BA has a waiting list and I would have 27 people in front of me. I then asked her when would it be available and she couldn’t give me and answer. I asked her why was it even advertised online that it would be be available on May 6th and she couldn’t give me an answer. She just kept saying it wouldn’t be available on May 6th. She asked if I had a floor preference and I said not past the 2nd floor. Then we had a tour with Charli. As we started walking I made a comment saying I hope none of these apartments are in the 3rd floor! She said well I didn’t know you had a preference and they both are on the 3rd floor (with an attitude)! I knew then I would be putting them at the bottom of the list. Customer service is everything. I see people talk about Cam on here, I did meet her and she was GREAT! They definitely need more people like her back in the office!

  If I could give zero stars I would. In the year I was there, six property managers zero communication across the board. Issues the whole year that went unresolved. New management, T’Cian Strother, is just as bad. Tried to rectify a situation, but again no contact in over a month now. Even asking for her supervisor, still unresponsive. My lease ended in January, still waiting for refund of my security deposit, which is past the 45 days, in violation of the lease agreement. Writing this review in hopes a “higher up” will see before I have to spend more money on a lawsuit.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. As someone who moved here for my first ever apartment this was the worse experience. A year after moving in rent went up $300. They are constantly changing staff in the leasing office so you hardly ever speak to the same person twice. On top of that the staff is always confused and always giving different answers. Maintenance is slow , my washer was broken for 3 weeks before they finally replaced it. My ceiling was leaking in which they had a outside party come out and “ fix “ the problem which all they did was paint of the damaged ceiling. The walls in all the rooms started cracking. The pool that we pay for always opened in July due to them waiting for a “ piece “ memorial day is the same say every year yet they were never prepared but wanted to raise rent. They only fix things when there is a “ inspection “ to try and make there self’s look better. On top of this all they constantly mix your private information/ paperwork with other people’s information .They also pride themselves on being income based but they charge market value. I would recommend if your looking to move here look elsewhere it’s not worth the headache! Im glad to no longer be a resident!

  Giving you a heads up just in case you’re wondering this property does not have its own rental assistance. That means if you have low income, you can’t apply here and expect the property to deduct your rent Through HUD and you pay a small portion it is not section 8 however they accept housing choice vouchers, but they do not give rental assistance. You will have to pay market rate rent unless you have a housing choice voucher. I paid for an application after I was told they do section 8 Vouchers but they don’t. They only take housing vouchers or you’re going to pay the full amount of rent a lot of properties. Tell you they do section 8 rental assistance just to bring you in the office and waste your time. If you have to pay for an application in order to submit it’s not rental assistance based property evil will only pay market rate which will end up being 1400 and over.
