  Where do I start! The leasing office staff is absolutely great. I worked with John Gasque. I travel a lot for work and need an apartment in the area to better serve my client base. From the moment I spoke with John, I recognized an unparalleled level of professionalism. The onsite tour was good as well. I definitely want to make Kenilworth at Charles my next residence.

  Loved my actual apartment. Lived here for over 3 years and made some great memories, the office was always lovely to communicate with. Wish I had different neighbors but that is something that I can’t really control.

  John is the leasing office was so kind and helpful when I went to get my swimming pool pass. In general the customer service has been splendid every time I’ve gone, but his attitude was over the top perfect and really made my day.

  Maintenance is slow. Their app is not user friendly. You pay a good amount to live here and it’s not worth it. Sinks clog, showers clog, the upstairs overflow and run down into your apartment.
