  It’s been great residing at Ruxton Tower. There’s a feeling of community among the residents. I love coming home.

  I'd recommend living here. Location is convenient: -83 and 695 allow you to get anywhere in or around Baltimore quickly. -York Rd with all of it's shops is nearby -Kenilworth shopping mall and Towson are nice areas to explore. -Generally quiet neighborhood, only downside is the noise from 695, but it's not bad unless you're the closest corner to the highway with your windows open. Try asking about apartment location if you could. Bellona Ln side is a bit better. Apartment and facilities are well kept. -Non emergency maintenance takes no more than 1 business day to get someone in. -Grounds are kept tidy -Plenty of carts (in good working order) are kept to take your groceries and other things in. -Other shared amenities are upkept. More expensive than others, but for a good reason. Other than the utilities are included (I only pay rent + internet, you have either verizon or comcast, gigabit is available), they keep up on maintenance and general cleanliness. There's some bad residents that leave trash outside the dumpster or pile it in the recycling room, but the manager here is good about strong reminders to follow the simple rules so it just becomes a minor inconvenience every once in a while instead of a headache.
