  the maintenance team is so quick and attentive! they help make living here such a delight🥰 i really appreciate Angelo’s and Mr. James’ help with our dish washer. they left our space so neat and tidy after they were done. they also left us some dishwasher pods for our new dish washer <3. Mr. Don is also spectacular! i truly love the maintenance team here at kenilworth!

  I will update this review with additional details if we end up living here, but my roommate and I toured the complex and had a wonderful experience. John in the leasing office was friendly and informative and did a fantastic job answering some of our questions. We got to see three different units including the fully furnished model apartment to get a sense of different buildings and locations within the complex. He also walked us through the application process, outlined the amenities, and gave us a cost breakdown for utilities. I had seen some of the reviews about parking so I made sure to ask what the situation was and he told us about the resident tags as well as the guest/visitor passes and spaces, and mentioned that they only tow at night, so daytime guests shouldn't have a problem. When we visited there were plenty of available spaces. I can see how the living experience could vary based on location (some buildings have new doors, fresh costs of paint, updated cabinets/appliances) but the complex as a whole was very clean and walkable—even one unit we toured had been vacated just two days prior and it was nearly immaculate. These are lovely people to work with and we hope to be part of this community in the future!

  My roommate and I lived here for three years and my sister lived here for three years before that. The leasing office has always been fantastic for resources, customer service, and timeliness of fixing any issues that came up. Maintenance was fantastic and responds quickly to requests. We did not deal with any sort of pests or safety concerns in our entire time here. Highly recommend to anyone in the towson area including students as there is a free shuttle that goes from campus to the kenilworth apartments.

  When I moved in Kyla was very friendly and helpful! Since being here I have had a few maintenance issues but Don from maintenance as well as those in the leasing office have always been very helpful. They are flexible and always try to help out where they can. I am watching my mom's dog for a month but on my lease it is set for no pets and Margo from the leasing office has been more than helpful with setting up an addendum for the lease so that I can watch him for the month and remove it once the month is over! They also have many free community events such as food trucks! I have really enjoyed living here.

  I lived here for a year before having to move out to be closer to my place of employment, and I just moved out. I had a terrific time living here, and the maintenance crew and staff are really polite. My apartment was nice and spacious. I had a tour with Kyla Little, who is a great individual who is professional and friendly. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents' needs are satisfied. The lack of guest parking was one of my concerns, but other than that, it's a nice, peaceful area to live.
