  Jonathan helped make the move from another state to Courthouse apartments easy, smooth, and efficient. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and helpful. The apartment itself was clean upon move in. Can’t ask for much else!

  The special events at the leasing office is fun and unique. I'm glad that courthouse square apartments does these events. My favorite event is wine by the waterfront. Wine with snacks is amazing

  If I could put a negative number I would. I moved into Courthouse Square Apartments on Saturday, January 24 2026, Building 29, first floor, and within four days had the worst living experience of my life. From the moment I moved in, the unit showed clear signs of infestation. There were cockroaches throughout the apartment, and on January 27 2026, while I was sitting on my couch eating dinner, I heard a noise, turned my head, and saw a mouse on my dinner plate on the coffee table. I have never been so shocked or disgusted. This is a serious sanitation and habitability issue. It is now clear that the unit was not properly cleaned or treated before move-in, despite being leased as ready for occupancy. Management acknowledged the situation but refused to offer any compensation for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The only options presented were: transfer to another unit (with the transfer fee waived), or terminate the lease and wait for refunds to be processed by corporate. As a result, I now have to find alternative accommodation immediately, on very short notice. No reimbursement was offered for moving costs, time lost, or the distress caused by living in an infested unit — despite this being an issue present at move-in, not something caused by the tenant. I strongly caution prospective renters: inspect units extremely carefully before signing, and be aware that if you encounter serious habitability issues, management may not take responsibility beyond offering a transfer. This was a deeply upsetting experience, and I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend this property, especially if you chose a first floor unit. They pretend that they care, but obviously that's a facade. What a disappointment. UPDATE Feb 1st 2026: I spoke to the 2nd floor neighbor, and she is also experiencing roaches and mice. Prospective tenants BEWARE of Building 29.
