The apartment I was given looked nothing like the one shown during the tour. After a lot of back-and-forth, I was offered a different unit in the same building — at a higher rent. I accepted it only because I had a car full of belongings and no time to keep going back and forth. Soon after, a downstairs neighbor moved in, and the nightmare began. Loud music and TV every night, often starting around 5–6 p.m. and going until morning. My 2-year-old can’t sleep and keeps pointing to the window, clearly upset. We’ve been sleeping in the living room for months just to get some rest. I’ve filed complaints for almost a year. I contacted Jennifer multiple times, emailed Alisha hoping for help (she just sent me back to Jennifer), and even a court case was filed against the noisy tenant. But nothing changed. The noise continues, and Jennifer eventually told me, “There’s nothing more we can do.” What’s worse — my emails about the noise often go unanswered, but rent reminder emails show up right on time every month. And when my lease was close to ending, they made sure to send the renewal offer with the new rates — as if nothing was wrong. Clearly, they only respond when it serves their interests. Other residents — including someone from a neighboring building — have moved out specifically because of this same tenant. This is not an isolated case. Management is aware, yet refuses to take real action. I renewed my lease only because moving was too expensive, but I regret it every day. If you’re thinking about moving here, please read the reviews carefully. You’re not just renting an apartment — you’re signing up to be ignored.
