  For the price you charge, at least offer decent pest control. I’ve had a persistent mice problem ever since I moved in here and I’ve informed the office MULTIPLE times to which they have done nothing except place a singular mouse trap behind the oven when the mice have been coming from multiple locations all across my kitchen including the dishwasher. They do not care about their guests and they charge so much money for run down apartments with so many issues. I’ve also had an issue with my washing machine where the door does not lock ever since I got here. I’ve submitted several requests yet nothing was fixed. Why are you renting out apartments that don’t function properly in the first place? Why am I paying so much money as a college student for an apartment so very ghetto

  Manipulative leasing office, peeping Tom’s, multiple car break ins, and creepy pest control. please please please avoid at all cost and look at the mass amounts of reviews by college students , especially if you’re a woman. As a gal in college I genuinely don’t care enough to write reviews especially bad ones but please stay away. The leasing office only acts nice just to save their butts but in reality they don’t care about the people living here or else there would not be ongoing problems about FIXABLE things like mold for years. It’s a gamble if my issues in the house are going to get fixed because they sound so promising over the phone and then no one shows up and I have to call them back just for them to do it again. Only plus side to that is I’ve become a bit handy with fixing things. They also use the fact that they’re leasing to mostly college kids to get one over on them and fail desperately at making the living environment suitable. As college students we don’t ask much because we’re neck deep in work and enjoying college but a bunch of well grown adults sitting in that office succeeding at making college kids miserable due to lack of professionalism and horrible living conditions is something I’ve never seen anyone do before now. The crime around here is awful as well. Apart from the creepy men peering through windows there are always cars being broken into due to the underaged delinquents running around, and with what I’ve heard a lot of the cases have been dismissed with the kids getting away with a slap on the wrist; no college kid I know can afford to replace their windows every couple months on top of the pricy rent. Although the crime isn’t donnybrooks fault, you’d think they’d at least have a good standing with their tenants to make up for it. The ONLY time I’ve heard good words about Donnybrook was from a guy who is now 38 years old and is well established in his career. If I knew better I’d have paid extra just to NOT live here because the only upside is the ability to walk to campus as well as Ray the maintenance guy which is the only thing making me feel better about not being able to give zero stars.

  For all the women out there, Donnybrook Apartments are known to have Peeping Toms. Several residents have brought this to attention and not enough is being done to protect the safety of the residents. These are several men who are actively going up to bedroom windows and recording women through whatever cracks they can find. Please consider this when deciding whether to lease here!

  Our handyman Mr.Ray has done an absolutely amazing job every time I have a problem or issue that requires maintenance. A very wise professional that we can rely on to keep our living space clean and safe. We appreciate his work very much and would like to thank him for the patience even with the most inconvenient situations. Mr.Ray has numerous skills all residents can use to fix problems.
