  We moved to Padonia village Apartments in 2011 . We wanted to downsize from our townhouse after the kids moved out .I have found it to be a safe and convenient place to live. We have a nice third floor apartment overlooking the pool , tennis court and fitness center .Padonia Village Mall is a few steps from our door and includes some great restaurants . The maintenance staff and office staff are very responsive and they keep the complex looking good . I would recommend Padonia Village to a friend .

  I love my apt, I have the best floor plan with an open concept & kitchen bar with bar stools. Maintenance and office staff have great customer service ❤️ my apartment 🙂

  10/30/25 Is this what PADONIA VILLAGE APARTMENTS should be proud of? These photos are from my building on DALECREST Court. This is what every visitor, delivery company, contractor, family member, colleague and friend sees when they open the front door to this building. What a first impression! We,and our pets carry this into our apartments. Stains, Rancid, sometimes wet, dripping trash coming from 2 levels above sometimes dragged down the steps into the trash room. I checked other buildings on DALECREST COURT and found their lower level common area flooring to be vinyl or a similar material and it looks really nice, clean and and inviting. *************** ***Older reviews & issues** How important is your cell phone signal? There’s minimal CELL SIGNAL (1-bar) in the complex: I am not alone. More than not, my neighbors and I have to go out to our balconies or cars to get a cell signal. Peace & Quiet Important to You? There’s a firehouse less than 1 mile from these apartments. You will not have any peace and quiet. 24/7 Non-stop racing modified cars ,motorcycles, screaming ambulances, heavy duty thumping trucks, fire trucks and police. If you desire inner peace then THESE APARTMENTS PROBABLY AREN’T FOR YOU. It’s like living next to the beltway. There isn’t a building in this complex that offers a peaceful space. Forget about opening your windows on a nice cool evening to enjoy some fresh air or sitting outside on your balcony to relax. And Oh, if you need a handicap parking spot, forget about that too. It’s a free-for-all. Anyone can, and does park in these spots. Management does nothing to enforce the law or support the handicapped people that truly need them. No consequences. Also, there’s a serious mold AND ROACH problem in some of the buildings. Search the reviews and you’ll find at least one with photos of mold and mushrooms growing out of a bedroom carpet. Last but not least, there are residents (consistently the same ones), that do not care to clean up their pets feces while walking their dogs. It’s pretty disgusting. Once again, no consequences. It’s really a shame. I really wanted to like it here. Most of the reviews seemed to be positive. Maybe there are buildings in the complex that don’t have these problems but based on my interactions with many current residents, it doesn’t seem to be the case. I’m so disappointed that I’m disappointed. Save yourself a lot of heartache before committing to live here. Drive around the complex and speak with as many residents as you can before signing that lease. I wish I had.
