We wanted to downsize from our townhouse after the kids moved out .I have found it to be a safe and convenient place to live. We have a nice third floor apartment overlooking the pool , tennis court and fitness center .Padonia Village Mall is a few steps from our door and includes some great restaurants . The maintenance staff and office staff are very responsive and they keep the complex looking good . I would recommend Padonia Village to a friend .
