  I had a great touring experience at Padonia Village Apartments. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a great overall atmosphere. It was clear that the team takes pride in the community and cares about making a good impression for residents.

  Dimitri Stavlas took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Moving can often be stressful, but he truly made the transition seamless and easy. His professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference and made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Padonia Village Apartments is a great community, and having someone like Dimitri there to assist made the experience even better. I highly recommend both the property and working with Dimitri if you're considering leasing here!

  This is my second time living in this community. The first time was in 2018, and I had a great experience, especially with the maintenance staff. This move came during a very difficult season in my life, including the loss of my father and other personal challenges. I was emotionally and physically exhausted and simply wanted a safe, clean place closer to my family where I could feel some peace. Choosing to move back here is a decision I do not regret at all. From my very first tour with Dimitri, I felt reassured. He patiently answered what felt like a million questions, along with every follow up question, and made sure I found the right floor plan for my needs. Every time I called, he was attentive, polite, and genuinely concerned about addressing everything I mentioned. He made sure I always had clear answers and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. I also worked with Jessica for a second tour and throughout my move in process. I can honestly say she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in my new apartment. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, showed real empathy and care when I shared parts of my situation, and offered thoughtful recommendations. Her kindness and patience truly meant more to me than I can put into words. When I first moved in, I noticed a few stink bugs, which immediately concerned me because I absolutely do not do bugs or pests. That is a hard no for me. Jessica quickly scheduled pest control to handle the issue. The pest technician, Connor, and the maintenance team member, Ike, were both extremely professional and kind. I was not home when they arrived, but I spoke with them through my Ring doorbell camera, and they were polite and happy to answer my questions. Since then, I have not seen any bugs, and I am now on day four of living here and getting settled. I also want to mention that the property manager, Clare, was very friendly and helpful. She was the one who showed me my actual unit once it became available, and she made that part of the process feel easy and welcoming. So far, everything has exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and looks just like the photos online. What truly makes or breaks a living experience is the staff and maintenance team. I could live anywhere, but if the people managing the property do not show genuine care and responsiveness, it changes everything. Thankfully, that has not been my experience here. I am very glad I decided to move back. So far, everything has been wonderful. If anything changes, although I sincerely hope it does not, I will update my review. At this point, I would absolutely recommend this property. The area is quite, clean, feels safe, close to everything, and has been exactly what I needed during this chapter of my life.

  Avoid this place like the plague. They do not care about the residence safety or your property. I had countless packages stolen and they could care less, just responding that adding door codes is not in their budget. Which is laughable because continental has over $4 billion in assets so that’s just a flat out lie. They simply do not value our safety. Then there’s the condition of the apartments if you live on the lower level, it’ll smell like garbage. If you live on the top level, it will smell like a mixture of cigarettes and pot. And if you’re in the middle an awful mixture of both. The cops also had to be called multiple times during my stay for domestic disturbances. And bugs are everywhere and they don’t do anything And not to mention when you move out, they will overcharge you every step of the way. do yourself a favor and avoid this headache. There are a handful of apartments in the area where I have friends that have had much more peaceful experiences. I would recommend you look at those instead of this place. Update: Alexia did reach out but has not actually responded to my questions and concerns that was sent over a week ago. Must not be that important to management.
