They tell you anything you want to hear to get you in and then you find out the truth after you’re stuck in a lease. The rental office is ALWAYS closed or they’re closing early! The pool was closed half the summer, there is no gym, just a bunch of lies! You pay for trash but more than half the time, the trash cans are overflowing! There are no real upgrades to these raggedy units! Kids hang out in the hallways, leaving trash and food, attracting unwanted rodents. The laundry rooms look like caves and aren’t well kept at all! No one picks up their dog’s poop! The list goes on! RUN! Look somewhere else if you can! Don’t let the price fool you! It’s low because they can’t keep residents longer than a year and there are A LOT of vacancies… take that as a hint! Ra’Anna Belcher is NASTY and her attitude is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Sharon is pleasant and a flirt and will tell you anything you want to hear and ask you to leave a review to make herself look good. The other little guy in the office, he doesn’t appear to do much and maintenance just rides golf carts for fun all day. Not to mention, they bribe new movers to leave a review to up their ratings… I promise you’ll change your outlook if you choose to move in… There are plenty of other places to go! Thank me later!

The lease manager Sharon was so polite helpful . She had the right answers for all the questions and she bought so much joy to our visit. We filled out the application and can’t wait to be part of the community. thank you, Sharon for making our decision easier

She was mindful that I was a parent and told me about special’s and said if you can wait and not in a rush we have a move in rate coming up.. Not to say that other’s in the office won’t be as great as her But I experienced my tour and before tour phone conversation with Sharon Thanks !
