The second week in my apartment the laundry room and my kitchen sink was flooded. The water ruin my rugs that I had in the laundry room. This is all in three weeks. I would hate to think what's next!

There hasn't been not one improvement to justify the rental increase. The back of my building looks like a junkyard it has couches and bedframes tossed back there. Don't try and call the rental office cause NOBODY will answer. It doesn't make sense that I'm paying well OVER 2,000$ a month to live with the amount of ROACHES!!!!!OMG. I schedule for pest control damn near every week because whatever they use doesn't work or they not really coming and spraying like they should. The only positive I will say is that the neighborhood itself is quiet but if you are looking to move I suggest somewhere else
