  Don’t come here!! I’m regretting signing a lease here. Nothing in my unit works. The refrigerator does not work washing not working. Oh let’s not talk about the bathroom no shower head.The claim is were renovating the units but nothing in mines is working. I’m staying until my lease is up. Trust me this is not the place to call home especially for the rent they’re charging. I’m so disappointed I’ve never experienced this ever in my life.

  THEY DON’T GET NO STARS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX and let me explain! So starting from the tour (they will play nice when you are applying but some will show their true color), so while touring the apartment it looked like it was ready, but it wasn’t, under the bathroom sink the wall was broken and still is as we speak the tube looked like it was just washed out instead of being REPAIRED! I been here since 2023 and once we moved in everything started not working, the ac units in this complex has the be ancient they all look old as hell and every time the season changes the unit just magically stop working and this been going on since we moved in! When the summer comes around there is no air to keep cool then the winter comes around there is no heat to keep warm! Then calling the rental office is no use, they send someone (maintenance) they take hours to get to your unit once they arrive they enter your unit they ask what’s going on or you tell them what’s going on because that don’t rely the whole problem so your have to tell them personally, then once they spectate they know what the problem is then they tell some stuff then they leave and now your will have to wait weeks for the problem to be fixed depending on the problem! Like for example this is what I’m dealing with, my heat went out and on the coldest week and is still out and it been a week with no heat, I have a 2 month old baby and a 6 year old in a cold apartment with NO HEAT, they gave us heats that didn’t do a single thing but tripped the power circuit now we in this cold apartment with NO HEAT AND POWER, the maintenance guy came and took a part of the ac unit and never returned back with a replacement nor and temporary replacement so the unit does not work at all! Then on the weekend the emergency line might be the worst, I called the emergency line they sent out a guy he entered the apartment and completely did nothing but said SORRY! “I can’t make this up”! You are not just moving in by yourself, once you settle in the roaches will start to emerge they go from 1 to 15 to 50+ I would rather deal with mice than roaches. Also there is mold around the tube it gotten use sick a couple times, they had someone come and do a tube makeover that didn’t last, they had to much around the tube and they made bubbles that popped when we would shower having the paint run down the tube and under our feet! The prices with these apartments should not be what they are, they lack in soooooooooooo many areas it’s ridiculous the rental office don’t care about the residents they have multiple residents basically screaming for help and they do the bare minimum! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING TO THESE APARTMENTS!!!
