  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex, and I especially want to recognize the maintenance team. Ashly and Laura are absolutely wonderful. They are professional, friendly, and always responsive when something needs attention. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right. Ashly and Laura both go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of, which really makes a difference in day-to-day living. It’s refreshing to live in a place where the maintenance staff is reliable, kind, and efficient. Their hard work does not go unnoticed, and they are a big reason why this community feels like home. Highly recommend!

  As a new tenant I am amazed by the responsiveness of the maintenance team. There were a couple of issues on my walk through and everything was perfectly fixed within a week. I am so impressed with both the corporate and local maintenance teams!!

  Please Please Please consider the bad reviews because they are all true. Henderson Webb is a horrible management company. They take forever to respond for matters they'd rather not handle. They will come into your apartment for "random inspections" with their own key when you are not home. Rent has been raised 300$ and seen NOTHING towards upgrading this complex. My apartment looks like it was built in the 80s and everything is literally falling apart(I mean it). Mice for over a year now from the renovations done upstairs so they migrated down to mine. I’ve requested to have my apartment remodeled like most of the units in my building and well.. NO RESPONSE. Not to mention I have paid my rent on time for over 5 years. And it’s true you will hear your neighbors at all times, I can ever hear them cough and talk to eachother. If you are looking to move here, don’t. If you really have no other options I would ask to see my unit before signing. i have previously lived in other complexes in Cockeysville(a city down) as well and they were significantly better. (Like Briarrcliff and Steeplechase). Goodluck everyone
