  I want to give a HUGE shout out to Andrew because he goes above and beyond!! He made the move in process smooth, easy and quick! We got a unit thats perfect for my little family and it was completely move-in ready! If you are looking for a place make sure you stop by and take a look! 😊 We love our new home! 🏡 PS Give this man a raise because he absolutely deserves it!👏

  I’ve had a very positive experience with Andrew, the Assistant Property Manager at The Gramax. He is truly a people person and consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel heard and valued. Andrew is approachable, responsive, and always willing to help, whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or assisting with day-to-day issues in the building. His professionalism and friendly attitude make interactions easy and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and the community at The Gramax. Having someone like Andrew on the management team makes a real difference in the overall living experience.

  The best part of the Gramax was the staff besides one office manager who was only there briefly . Andrew, Latamara (who left not long after my arrival) and Sam are all awesome people as well as Juan carlos the maintenance person. They were respectful and sought to understand me and be helpful at any turn. The DTSS area safety and other issues with cleanliness of neighbors are what left a sour taste in my mouth, but the view i had from my apartment almost made up for it most days. Overall, if u need a place that’s affordable (relative to DTSS) and commute friendly, this is not your worst option to be honest. There’s good food, a walking distance metro (i barely used my car while living here), and tons of stuff to do. I no longer qualified for the income restriction so i had to move but i would have stayed another year if possible. Special shoutout to Andrew, give that guy a raise. Gramax is alright overall, just be ready for the realities of income restricted living in a downtown area. I’m from Baltimore so it was an upgrade by my standards if that gives you a reference.
