    The building is brand new, the appliances are all modern and work perfectly, and everything feels clean and well maintained. Management is super responsive and maintenance has been great every time I’ve needed them. There used to be one rude concierge ,but they’re gone now and the current staff is friendly, helpful, and makes the building feel welcoming. Overall, my husband and I are really happy here and would definitely recommend this place

    WARNING to anyone considering renting at Solaire 8200. I moved out in November 2025 and it is now April 2026 and I have not seen a single dollar of my security deposit. That is over 5 months of being ignored and given the runaround. I made numerous attempts to resolve this directly by emailing and calling Benjamin, who consistently ignored my messages and gave me the runaround every time I did get a response. My calls went unanswered and my emails were left on read What is truly frustrating is that this management is extremely prompt when it comes to collecting rent — but the moment it is YOUR money they owe you back, they become completely dismissive and unresponsive. It seems like a deliberate management strategy to delay returning deposits and hope tenants simply forget about it. That is irresponsible and frankly disrespectful to the people who paid their rent on time every month. Over all, This is not just bad service — it is illegal under Maryland law. I am now taking legal actions . Do yourself a favor and find a apt with a management who respects tenants and follows the law. This place is not worth the stress.

    I’ve been staying at 8200 Solaire for over two and a half years now and there’s nothing like this view of downtown DC from my balcony. From the amenities down to the community feel and hosted gatherings, I’ve recommended 8200 Solaire to many, and I plan on renewing my lease again. Nicole, Benjamin and the rest of the leasing office are great and friendly. I see myself here for some more years

    I just recently moved in and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Every need was met by the staff with no hesitation. The neighborhood is great and my neighbors have been kind and welcoming. My place was super cleaned when I moved in and my appliances have worked. Parking has been convenient and I immediately was provided with parking. I plan to stay for the foreseeable future!

    I’ve been living at Solaire 8200 since February 2022, shortly after the building opened, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. Over the years, I’ve interacted with several members of the leasing team, and the current staff—Nicole Newman (Property Manager), Benjamin (APM), Ericka, and Matt—are all amazing. They are consistently helpful, accommodating, and genuinely care about the residents. Nicole especially goes above and beyond with resident events—they’re always beautifully decorated, fun, and a great way to meet neighbors. Plus, there are often prizes like gift cards and really good food! I recently helped my grandmother move here from Florida, and the team made the entire process completely seamless. One thing I’ve learned is that respect and kindness go both ways—if you treat them well, they absolutely return that energy. It’s clear they have residents’ best interests at heart, and that makes me want to stay here long-term. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout—they’re prompt (usually within 24 hours) and get the job done right. The building is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I also love the community here—it’s mostly young working professionals, which fits my lifestyle well. It’s a great place to host friends and family for special moments. Highly recommend moving here!
