  My boyfriend and I are new residents, and we have truly enjoyed our experience so far. From the moment we moved in, the customer service has been outstanding. Eneida, the community manager, has been an absolute delight to work with. She is welcoming, professional, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for residents. She also hosts the community gatherings, which add a thoughtful and personal touch, and we are really looking forward to attending one soon. Mr. Inoa, the building engineer, has been wonderful as well. Any questions or needs are handled promptly, and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work. Maria also deserves special recognition. She maintains the building exceptionally well, and the cleanliness of the common areas truly stands out and makes a noticeable difference in the overall living experience. The community itself feels well cared for and inviting. The residents we have encountered have been kind, and it genuinely feels like a place where people take pride in where they live. The amenities have exceeded our expectations. The laundry room, gym, and social room are all very clean and well maintained. It is rare to find an apartment laundry room this nice, and I am honestly looking forward to using it. We have also had no issues with pests or bugs, which speaks to the level of care put into maintaining the property. While the apartments may not have all the newest finishes, they are spacious, comfortable, and well kept. The cleanliness, upkeep, and level of service truly set this community apart. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to live here and would highly recommend this community.

  The Staff at Georgia West Apartments is the best managed I have ever encountered. From Eneida, Maria and Mr. Inoa. Friendly and when send a request proceccessed immediately by very capable Mr. Inoa. I would recommend this facility as Top Notch!

  Been a resident here for a couple of years now. The location is ideal. The building is in walking distance of the Redline Metro Station. The units are spacious, modern, and quiet. Also, Eneida Diaz and the rest of the staff are responsive, nice and very accommodating. They do tight and efficient work.

  This area's so convenient, near the AFI and another movie house, Whole Foods, and good restaurants on Fenton Street, everywhere you can walk to, Silver Spring Station with all the buses you need, etc. The Lease office is always helpful as is the maintenance guy. It's easy/fun to design your own apartment and rearrange whatever all around until you're satisfied once you've moved in, which I've done here. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

  This has been a wonderful community to live in for 5+ years. The construction is older, but it’s so well maintained and the old walls actually keep neighbors sounds out! It’s the only quiet apartment I’ve ever had. The metro and downtown restaurants and shops are convenient. I believe that the staff make the complex because how they handle maintenance and the community is what makes your experience good or bad. I’m glad to say everything has been wonderful here, the staff is amazing and incredibly responsive. Glad we found Georgia West.
