Woodside Place

Set among towering trees at the gateway to downtown Silver Spring, Woodside Place is a historic city retreat where nature, character, and modern living come together. Built in the late 1930s as one of the nation’s first FHA-insured garden apartment communities, and inaugurated in a ceremony attended by Eleanor Roosevelt, Woodside Place was designed as a model for green-centered living.
