- PJParis Jones2 days ago2.0I really wanna enjoy this building because I really have since moving in, but this is absolutely ridiculous that I have experienced over 6 different times my power going out of nowhere. I only been here for a year and it very annoying! I cannot even make breakfast this morning because nothing has power so now I have to spend unnecessary money to eat! I love the concierge, my space but this has gotten out of control. To the point this needs to be addressed to the residents if there is a problem with the building power services.

The concierges (especially Missy) and the maintenance and facilities teams work tirelessly to ensure the building is clean, safe, and running smoothly, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their hard work. Among all these wonderful team members, Christina, our assistant property manager, truly stands out. She recently helped me with a move, and thanks to her support the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Christina is always the first person I turn to whenever I need something, big or small. She consistently handles everything with warmth, professionalism, and impressive problem-solving skills. I often notice she’s one of the first to arrive, the last to leave, and always the quickest to respond in an emergency. Christina goes above and beyond for residents, and because of her dedication, I have always felt cared for and supported here. She is a big part of what makes this community feel like home, and I’m so grateful!
