I’ve watched the black trashcan valet, armed security and concierge service all but vanish under different managers. This letter isn’t to complain but to commend the new management team in general, they’re all great but in particular Andrew. Andrew has handled every issue I’ve had with expedience and a professionalism that’s rare in this day and age. I’m disabled and use a wheelchair. Andrew has even helped me with my heavy packages on his lunch break on several occasions. It warms my heart and is greatly appreciated that this employee would take away from his time to help me and I think it’s commendable and wanted you to know. Thank you, Rickey M.
