Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance and the office staffs are amazing always.The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the area kept clean. We are extremely pleased living here.
- WMWilliam MoreiraNov 2, 20171.0Am really disappointed, we just move in , and we have to deal with ( MISE ) I came to the office to request to move of the apt or do something with the first month rent list, but I didn’t even a apologize . They never show me the apt , they show me a nice one and clean . The otherwise we don’t take it !! And another’s place when soonthing like this happen they send a formal letter first with apologies and explain to you what is the process . That is professional and responsible thing. If you are trying to move here check firt your closets in my was a lot ( holes from the mise) am just sad Because we have a child 15 month born and they put everything in the mouth, we afraid she eat a mise puppy or orine. I document all i write and here and I do have a proof .
