So much so, an elderly lady fell in the elevator on same flooring. They then covered it up in tape and rushed to get it replaced. Disputed the charges and they refuse to remove them. Will post pics if necessary.

As you can imagine we were very stressed, not knowing where we were going to move and having to do so within 2 to 3 days. Rachel went out of her way to ensure that we found a property that we liked And went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to move in within the timeframe that we needed to.
