  From the first phone call I got from Corinne inviting us in to see some apartments, I felt welcomed here. The apartments were beautiful and super clean. We felt confident in our decision to sign up for apartment, even without seeing the actual apartment we’d be moving into due to timing. We were not disappointed, our apartment was perfect, just as described and ready to move in condition. This is month 8 and we still love living here. Maintenance has been handled swiftly, filters etc. The people on the front desk have been lovely, maintenance super helpful and friendly, and the residents pleasant. Great views from the apartment and super quiet. I truly love living here.

  Wow. Corinn is the best leasing agent I have ever come across. She was insightful about the property and provided exact details for all the questions I had. Thank you so much! I will definitely be keeping Solaire in mind! :)

  My living experience here was subpar and the process of getting out of my lease unfortunately has been riddled with lies and mismanagement of private information.

  I couldn’t let the year end without saying how grateful I am for Corinn. I was losing motivation after touring another place and they advised me the unit I applied for was no longer being vacated. I stumbled upon Solaire and the first question Corinn asked was “What does your dream apartment have…tell me everything” and with hesitation I listed a few things not wanting to “dream too big” thankfully my partner included things I was too shy to say and Corinn produced exactly that. She also kept my 2 year old as entertained as possible while we decided on which unit we could see ourselves in. From start to finish I felt at home and found the place we were meant to have. Truly phenomenal service and great team work. If Corinn wasn’t available Lenise picked right up where we left off and kept things moving. I am eager to start the new year as a new resident!!! Thank you again! Happy New Year 🥳

  I've recently moved into the Solaire after leaving a property that is managed by the company that starts with a B and "claims" to have luxury buildings and service across the DMV. I'm writing this review with having been in the building for 1 week. Before I even moved in, Corinn was so helpful in providing my boyfriend and I virtual tours via FaceTime so that we could make a quick decision. I've lived in the Solaire Dixon years ago so I knew about this building but just wanted to have an idea as I haven't toured 8250. I explained to Corinn that we needed to find a place ASAP and she sprung into action. I couldn't appreciate her more. From touring, applying, to putting down a deposit, she was very responsive and helpful. Lenise was also helpful with getting our loading dock reserved and following up with us regarding any updates if Corinn was out. I've already had a great experience with maintenance and I'm sorry I didn't get his name but he came to fix my garbage disposal and replace the racks in my dishwasher that had seen better days. Ms. Diane at the front desk had been so kind, even remembering when I initially called and told her the horror story of putting down a deposit with the B company that they then told me the unit was unavailable. She's been super responsive and even listening to her help other residents and potential residents, I've been impressed. The evening concierge I believe is named Carl, and he's been super helpful with getting my 1000s of new Amazon packages that are delivered every day as we set up. If you're looking to move and want a quality apartment, with nice amenities, I would recommend the Solaire 8250. This is not a paid review, and you can check my other reviews of apartments I've lived in, in the area. I will update accordingly if needed. So far, my water is scalding hot, Verizon is available in this building, packages are well maintained, maintenance is responsive, I can use my nest camera, you use a FOB to access resident floors, Uber and delivery packages are left in the lobby (no access for random people) trash room is not dirty, I don't hear any crazy noises (I do live in an end unit), and neighbors have been pleasant. For the first time in a very long time, my boyfriend and I feel like we are actually at home versus just occupying a space in a luxury building and feeling unwelcome. For the price point, I feel super happy with where we are. Even my puppy is happy! I'm optimistic the vibes will be maintained.
