I’ve had such a great experience working with Ericka, the leasing agent, and the entire management team. They are always respectful, professional, and truly understanding when it comes to resident needs.
The office consistently goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and supported. Any time I’ve reached out, they’ve been responsive and handled everything in a timely manner. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service and creating a positive community experience.

I had the pleasure of touring with Ericka and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, warm, and outgoing from start to finish. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming while still being extremely knowledgeable and informative.
The building itself is ritzy, upscale, and beautifully designed. The finishes are stunning and you can really tell attention to detail was a priority. Everything felt luxurious and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and Ericka truly made the tour memorable. I highly recommend touring with her!
Nicole has been absolutely amazing in my apartment search! She’s responsive, professional, and it seems that she truly cares about the residents from the interactions I saw. The property is well-maintained, and any questions or requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve had a great experience living here — 5 stars all the way!
Honestly, I’m very disappointed in with the management. I moved in last year and, aside from a few minor hiccups (heat not working properly, hot water being out for 2+ days etc.), I truly enjoyed living here. Unfortunately, the current management has been disrespectful and unprofessional.
I recently called to ask about a charge that appeared on my account after my rent was already due and paid. Instead of simply helping me understand it, I was accused of having an attitude and being aggressive, hung up on, and now my calls are being ignored. As a resident who pays rent on time every single month, that is not acceptable.
Residents should be able to ask questions about charges on their account without being treated disrespectfully, especially when the system did not reflect the correct balance at the time payment was made.
Do better.
I am moving to Maryland from Kansas City I talked to Benjamin on the phone told him that I was a nursing student coming to work at GW he told me my application had been closed that he was going to reopen it that I needed to do paycore and send proof of income I got sick with the flu and was delayed sending over my paperwork when I was feeling better I did and he emailed back saying that the apartment was not available something told me to go look and see it’s about 4 days later apartment is still available I don’t know why he would lie I am now in Maryland I setup an appointment with a neighboring building they verified my employment and I got approved the same day I wanted to contact the management but reading the comments I feel like I will be wasting my time and I don’t want to live anywhere I’m not wanted
