  "I’ve been living at Allium Place for a few months now and have had a really positive experience. The apartments themselves are modern and have a great layout the natural light in my unit is a huge plus. It’s a relatively quiet community, and I always feel safe coming home. For the price and the quality of the actual living space, I think it’s one of the better options in the area. Definitely worth a look if you want a clean, updated space!"

  Allium Place looks really nice! The buildings are new, the area feels calm, and the whole place has a clean, modern vibe. The staff has been friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth checking out!

  This community deserves ZERO stars. AHC & Habitat America took full advantage of individuals/families searching for affordable housing. This build was designed using shoddy materials. You can literally hear your neighbors phone ringing! Parts of the community have already been infested with roaches & mice. Terrified to say the least. Let’s talk about the maladministration who took over. The managers are rude and condescending. They honestly don’t care what you say, you can literally watch your words fly out the window as you’re speaking to them. Most recently, parking has become a huge problem. They have failed to provide anything close to an adequate amount of parking for this community now the residents were just informed you are only permitted one vehicle on property per household. If you do not have MD tags you aren’t permitted to park anywhere on property. If you do, you’ll be towed. None of which was/is listed within the lease agreement. Garage parking as well as off-street parking is listed as the communities amenities. Also, there are no designated visitor parking areas, so keep in mind if you have visitors they have to find parking blocks away in the residential community. This is the perfect example of corporate investors taking advantage of renters. In summary the apartment from hell.

  It’s like they constructed the apartments out of popsicle sticks. Walls are entirely too thin. Literally was able to hear some typing in the password to their phone one time. Yes it is that bad. I don’t know the barrier to entry here but it seems like they just let anyone live here. Some of the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever been close to. Update: DO NOT MOVE HERE YALL. LEASING OFFICE DOWNSTAIRS HAS CHANGED MANAGEMENT AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES OVER A 6 MONTH SPAN. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS APARTMENT WILL BE RUN DOWN IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS. HAS ROACHES AND APARTMENTS ARE BASICALLY CARDBOARD BOXES
