    I toured a two-bedroom apartment with Rio Evans last week, and he was extremely informative with a bright, professional personality. I’d definitely recommend touring with him if you’re looking for great service.

    where do i begin? This place is unprofessional and honestly thieves. Corporate is literally the elf on the shelf: they exist but dont do much. Every year the rent increases; when you ask to negotiate it, the robots in the leasing office always tell you how great of a deal you're getting and we should be grateful. Laundry facilities either never work or never opened at the time that is listed on the door. The leasing office staff is unprofessional robotic frankly annoying to honest. The only reason they are getting 2 stars because the area is nice and we had cats that didn't allow mice to live. They literally made a hole in my ceiling to work in my neighbors home just leave the hole there for a month and had the nerve to forget they put it there. Save your time and money.

    Please avoid this complex. They took all of my deposit money and was told I still owed more. We paid all of the rent and utilities, and was told well the water bill is always scheduled two months behind smh. Maintenance was a joke. Some were good, but the main maintenance person just would not do his job. We tried to get a new dishwasher, and he would not until he fixed it. I mean we put in like 5 service request on the dishwasher, after that, we finally gave up. They would take a week for them to respond to a maintenance request, and when they did they would not clean up the mess they made. a neighbor had a gas leak in his house, told the front office and still did not hear anything back from them. I am just glad we moved out. Honestly, they say they care but they don't. One thing they were quick to respond to was a moving-out an email. Every other day I would receive a moving out email, like wow.. When you would write to them you wouldn't receive anything back.

    Please don't move here. After moving out they took my whole security deposit and I still have to pay for what was not left after the deposit. Moving in, I was a little skeptical about the size of the apartment. It turned out to be a decent size. there were flies in my refrigerator and when I called to get it replaced I had to write a letter asking the complex to replace m refrigerator that had flies in it. When our dishwasher was not working we put in multiple service request to replace it and they would not. Whenever they came into the apartment you knew someone was in the house because they would clean up after the Maintenance request. Anytime we had an issue we would tell the front desk and would not seem to care until you started getting loud. Honestly, I am glad we moved out, I would not recommend even though it is the cheapest apartments in the area.

    Please do not rent from this apartment complex. If you are reading this, run as fast as you can. In short, this company is unethical in its practices, charges exorbitant fees, and are slow to communicate with tenants. Long story short I had a PCS move with the Defense Department whereas one of the women in the office, the African-American (I do not know her name) was extremely rude. The leasing office stated that someone would reach out to me regarding my question of payment. When I confronted the representative, she was disrespected and accusatory. After her remarks, I stated, “Excuse me, but no one contacting me, and even after I called you, and you have not fulfill your end of the bargain.” I plan to look elsewhere because it is cheaper for me to break the lease and find a credible, trustworthy apartment to call home, rather than deal with significant problems, starting from the beginning. In addition, I've had problems with water overflowing from the dishwasher onto the counter tops and the floor. File all claims and issues you have with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
