- MCMichele' CarberryNov 7, 20254.0This is about a month overdue…but Everyone in the leasing office was so patient and helpful during my application process all the way up until move in. The only issue so far is that maintenance will say something will be “put in” or done and I find myself having to re-request. They sure do come fast and when they say they will though! Also, the front door to the building is still not fixed even though we were given new keys. The main con is having to use cash to load the laundry card. I don’t drive and I don’t carry cash so it can be a hassle. But otherwise, I love my building and my apartment.

I like the community, it’s respectful and calm (sometimes) Cons: I wish that it was more convenient. I hate that we have to pay with cash only to load a laundry card all the way at the leasing office. I think they could leverage from making it digital esp for new mothers and single parents. Prices are extremely jacked up for everything! The door had been broken for MONTHS. But it’s great so far!
