  This place is absolutely horrible so don’t even bother wasting your time and money here. Go across the street and pay the extra $100-200 at their sister apartments instead. When I moved in January 2025 I had a filthy neighbor who stunk up the hallway every time he opened his apartment door and once he moved out mice started flooding my apartment. I already noticed once I moved in that the building had mice once I checked behind the stove and seen droppings and holes in my closet once I moved in. Maintenance told me they weren’t holes but the mice coming in once they moved out proved otherwise. It’s been a constant back and forth with maintenance AND the rental office regarding mice. Since JUNE 2025 the front door to our building has been broke and it doesn’t lock causing any and everybody to come in and out of the building. I’ve communicated with Anita, Taja and Traci along with whomever wants to make their presence at the rental office regarding this situation but more so Traci and this lady must hate her job because she doesn’t do nothing but sit on her behind in that office and never addresses the issues or checks her emails unless you call or go in and say something to her. I’ve even called 311 and had an inspector come in and force them to do something. The finally got somebody to “fix” the door but the door still isn’t fixed. They handed out new keys just to still have a broken door. Packages have been stolen, cars have been stolen and broken into, and now we have random kids.. MINORS coming in the building and smoking inside of our laundry room so they won’t have to be outside in the cold smoking !!!!!!! The building smells like you in a trap house and not to mention the mice are now inside the walls so you can hear them scraping away

  Horrible communications, issues with their online payment portal, no accountability and follow through sucks. Safety concerns; vehicle was stolen.

  First, we love our apartment. We have lived here since July of 2024. The pool is amazing and one of our favorite amenities. The office regularly hosts events for residents which is nice. The washers and dryers for common use do break quite often though. Now on to maintenance, every time we call and speak with Traci she is more than helpful in putting our tickets in. The maintenance staff has been great at getting to our apartment quickly. I must mention that our favorite worker in the maintenance department is by far Daryl J. He is always so pleasant and gets the job done correctly and quickly. We hope to live here for years to come.

  My vehicle was stolen off of the property in the middle of the night with parts laying in the parking lot Zero help from the office, nothing caught on camera but honestly no surprise

  I have been trying to get in contact with somebody to resolve this outstanding fee for the past three months. It has been an ongoing back-and-forth, revolving door from one person to the next with no solution. The bill just keeps accumulating overtime I’m also reached out through phone and email providing my renters insurance and I am still being charged double rental insurance by them as well
