  This is a great place with a great mix of people. Fathema is a very welcoming concierge and the Maintenance team of Joseph, Reinier and Enrique are fast and friendly. Location is perfect. On the perimeter of Rockville Town Center, so convenient but a little more quiet. Walking distance to everything, tons of good places to eat, with a new Trader Joe's just across the street. Dora and Mai of the management team are also very responsive and friendly. We've been here just over three months and really happy we found it.

  I’ve had a positive experience living at The Met and would recommend this apartment community. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s receiving packages or answering questions, they make daily life so much easier. Fathema is the best. The maintenance team (esp Joe and Enrique) is also great. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff is courteous and respectful of your space. The leasing office staff were a big help when we needed to move into a bigger unit. Mai was communicative about the availability and helped us sort out the lease and transfer. I did have some trouble getting the referral bonus that was advertised, but I consider that an issue with the corporate office, not caused by the hardworking staff day to day staff at The Met. Overall, it’s a well-managed community with a team that truly cares about the people who live here.

  Living at The Met Rockville has been a great experience. I feel that the on-site service, staff responsiveness, issue resolution, and communication are all good!

  Notified termination of lease via portal. No response. Go in person to terminate, too late apparently, which I am not notified of. Three months later I find out via collections that I owe a month’s rent since I didn’t notify I was moving out early enough. No phone call or email. This is just predatory business policies. Legally stealing a months rent from military member, nice… Edit- replied to the message below from management telling me to reach out. No reply. Seems like just an attempt at saving face in the review section. Don’t be fooled.

  Never in my life have I encountered a business where it's acceptable to simply choose not to do your job if you don't want to, prior to living here. Over the course of my 60 day notice to vacate i was never once given any instructions as far as move out procedures or final charges due prior to walk through. I was also given multiple answers as to the cost to break lease and was told "we can work with you" when asked for a number. I reached out after vacating as it was evident that the Met was not going to, and was given a bill that was nowhere near correct. As every time I email I have to send 2-3 follow up emails to get a response, it's now been 45 days since move out and as it's evident Amanda the property manager has no idea what she is doing as she still can't explain the charges on my account, she has now decided that ignoring my emails is the best solution. Further, she has denied me contact information for anyone at corporate to solve this issue. If you make the unfortunate mistake of living here, get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you know that after 45 days you can sue for 3 times your security deposit plus interest as you'll probably end of having to take them to court to get an email response.
