  The Manager Dawn is the absolute best!! I wouldn’t want to work with anyone but her going forward, so was patient kind and extremely professional so knowledgeable I could tell she has a lot of experience in her profession. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I highly recommend working with her when seeking residency

  Main Street Apartments is a very nice place to live and the neighborhood is very clean and nice with nice and friendly neighbors :)

  There needs to bee more buildings like these. The wait list should tell you that its poplar and it fits the needs of others. Im sure you can find another plot and call it mainstreet apt 2.

  When in person to be put on wait list in person they told me I was 108 that same day now months later I’m over 200 on the way list then tha hung up on me and wouldn’t try to fix it. this some bullshit I am disabled on disability and needed the Is apartment if u need the wait list for low income stay away if u need a waitlist

  Doordash delivered to this address incorrectly. The absolute rudest person answered their "automated doorman", and refused to let me get my food from inside. He claimed their people verified that doordash had the correct address and "we never mess up". Maybe it's time you guys hire a real person and not a third party that can't even verify 4 vs 50 Monroe street.
