    Never in my life have I encountered a business where it's acceptable to simply choose not to do your job if you don't want to, prior to living here. Over the course of my 60 day notice to vacate i was never once given any instructions as far as move out procedures or final charges due prior to walk through. I was also given multiple answers as to the cost to break lease and was told "we can work with you" when asked for a number. I reached out after vacating as it was evident that the Met was not going to, and was given a bill that was nowhere near correct. As every time I email I have to send 2-3 follow up emails to get a response, it's now been 45 days since move out and as it's evident Amanda the property manager has no idea what she is doing as she still can't explain the charges on my account, she has now decided that ignoring my emails is the best solution. Further, she has denied me contact information for anyone at corporate to solve this issue. If you make the unfortunate mistake of living here, get EVERYTHING in writing and make sure you know that after 45 days you can sue for 3 times your security deposit plus interest as you'll probably end of having to take them to court to get an email response.

    Nice facility, lousy, mean-spirited management. We moved here as a short term rental, as our house was crushed by a tree in April 2025. Our rent is paid and handled by our insurance company, as we could never afford the inane rent here. Management knows this. Yesterday we received a notice, threatening eviction and legal action because our rent was late, two weeks late. Again, we have no involvement with the rent payments, and all have been timely. So, this was the first we heard. The company handling the payments quickly rectified the problem, FedExing a check. My complaint is the nasty, insensitive letter, why? Maybe management is used to dealing with sketchy tenants, but we’re older, quieter, and have a rent guarantee. Why the scare tactics?? Easy, they don’t care, it’s just a job. Front desk staff, and maintenance crew are wonderful, friendly and helpful. I feel sorry for them. Again, nice facility, handy location. And ignore the constant presence of pot smoke, everywhere all the time. Sad. Cannot wait to move back home, because this place isn’t.

    This apartment is SO beautiful and the staff is so incredible! I specifically want to shoutout Dora, she was so lovely and really convinced me to move in. I genuinely have 0 complaints - if you’re moving to Rockville, check it out.

    Need to display towing signs better. Stickers one vague sign in the corner isn’t very helpful. Also definitely not an Irish building if you tow on st Patrick's day.
