  Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Keyla and Tyler at FoR. Two young women received a welcome letter via email in mid-Jan, stating their move in date, how to hook up utilities, etc. The women were concerned when they were told that the lease wouldn't be signed until move-in day, so they asked about it. Then, without FoR being clear about it, it seemed that the welcome letter had been sent too early. The women didn't actually have an approved move-in date! The women had already told their current landlords they were moving and rented a truck. FoR wouldn't get on a phone call to discuss and would reply once a day with "a colleague will reach out", but they never called. Finally, the application got approved, but FoR apparently didn't have the time to clean the apartment or change the carpets. The women moved into a dirty apartment. FoR should have warned the women the apartment was dirty or FoR should have gotten housekeeping after hours and had the place cleaned. FoR was non-responsive about when the carpets would be replaced. FoR was so unfriendly and unhelpful during problems THEY created. Can you imagine moving into a dirty apartment? How awful and FoR could have warned these women and they didn't. They knowingly let people move into a dirty apartment. If they had simply communicated better, it would have been a better experience. Problems happen, but it matters how you handle those problems and Fields of Rockville failed these women.

  Tyler the leasing agent in the office is very great and she is very helpful and nice if you ever need help go to her or Saudia they do an amazing job and she is very kind and hardworking. Thank you very much.They helped me with my maintained tickets and my rent portal account online .

  I experienced a big issue with water heater and thermostat in my unit, what definitely creates a uncomfortable environment for my family, But Saudia Rivers the Community Manager worked closely with me all the time for get mi problem solve

  I stoppped by to handle 4 different measures. She was in a meeting and she came to my rescue. Saudia was very helpful and understanding with all the issues I have been going Since the old management Ms karen was here she did not cover anything I needed in any capacity. I want to thank the new management Mrs Saudia was the best AMEN 🙏
