Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative due to the property’s ongoing health and safety issues and the lack of accountability from management. During my tenancy, I have experienced persistent rodent and roach infestations. Despite repeated requests for urgent extermination, management has delayed action and failed to provide immediate solutions, leaving me in unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. These delays pose serious health risks and violate what should be the most basic standards of habitability. Additionally, management’s communication is consistently poor. Concerns are either ignored, pushed off, or inadequately addressed. Tenants should not have to wait extended periods for action on issues that directly affect health, safety, and quality of life. The overall handling of these problems demonstrates a pattern of neglect and disregard for residents’ rights. I strongly urge housing authorities to review this property’s practices to ensure compliance with Maryland housing standards and to protect current and future tenants.
