The phone is never answered, I submitted a form online and received an email back with a link to schedule a tour that didn’t work. Very unprofessional.

I came today just to pick it up but after speaking through the intercom, explained everything, I was still denied entry. The person at the front desk wouldn’t even speak to me. I felt like I was being treated as if I was here to steal something, when all I’m trying to do is get my own package.

- SSSPIRITED SAMSep 23, 20245.0Mainstreet Apartments is absolutely amazing :) it helps me with so many things like staying safe in my apartment :) I feel safe in my apartment community :) nobody is coming in or intruding :) mainstreet apartments is not only a safe neighborhood but it also has a great program called Mainstreet Connect which allows us to have a fellowship of activities for members to interact with each other in a community center with social activities for fun, health, and fitness like Friday vibes on Friday nights , music city workout on Thursdays which Spirited Sam teaches :) many more fun, fit and social activities for friends and the whole family :) definitely join mainstreet apartments and Mainstreet connect we love them both with joy :) also, the leading center is very helpful to all the residents so residents I highly encourage you all to stay at mainstreet apartments :) love you all :)
