  I recently purchased my new home in Farmstead District by Pulte Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The community is beautiful, and the home itself exceeded all of my expectations in design, quality, and comfort. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the professionalism and dedication of the team. I want to give a special thanks to Emma Nocon, Sales Consultant, who was absolutely amazing to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Emma guided me through every step of the journey, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Also a special thanks to James Ground the Construction Manager for his home orientation and David. I am truly satisfied with the outstanding service, the high-quality craftsmanship, and the warm support I received. I highly recommend Pulte Homes at Farmstead District to anyone looking for a dream home and a team that truly cares about their clients.

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent home purchase from Farmstead District Pulte Homes. As a first-time homeowner, this was meant to be an exciting and joyful milestone. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by a serious issue that has impacted the quality of life in my new home. I purchased a $750,000 condo townhouse located on the roadside, and while the buying process itself was smooth, the problems became apparent immediately upon moving in. On our very first night, we were unable to sleep due to the excessive noise levels inside the home. Despite expecting some level of road noise, the lack of proper insulation has made restful sleep nearly impossible.Third night,We had to switch our bed to one of the smaller rooms in the back and still not using the owner’s bedroom. If a home at this price point requires an additional $15,000 in modifications just to make it livable, it raises serious concerns about construction quality and value. I have lived in major metropolitan areas for years and have never experienced sound intrusion to this extent. When I raised the issue with Pulte, I was told the home met city requirements and that no further assistance could be provided. While I appreciate the efforts of the sales team and construction manager—who were courteous and attempted to help—it is clear that decision-making authority lies above them. From my perspective, this response demonstrates that Pulte prioritizes compliance and profit over customer well-being and satisfaction. Two weeks after moving in ,a higher positioned-construction manager called and said that ‘we have to agree to disagree’ to this situation.They are only feeling sorry for you instead of offering help. I am now in the process of pursuing legal remedies to address this issue. However, I hope Pulte will take this matter seriously and reconsider its position before it escalates further. No homeowner should have to endure sleepless nights and additional expenses to achieve the basic expectation of comfort in a new home. Be very careful before purchasing,bring your own inspector and I hope you don’t regret…

  Buying a home was an exceptional experience, all thanks to Pulte. From the sales team, Andrew, to the construction team, including Dave, Bryan, and Adam, everything was accurate and exactly as expected.
