We’ve only been in this building for about two months, but so far our experience has been great. 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐚𝐡 has been very responsive and helpful—our maintenance requests have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. We truly appreciate his professionalism and reliability. Thank you for making our transition into the building smooth and comfortable.
Newly moved in - Nice area. Great to walk around if you have pets. Close to 270 - Downtown crown. Shopping is not far away.
Leasing office is full of great people, very nice and helpful. Ron is "The Man". Worth the bang for your monthly buck. Top units do have lofts, will be pricier.
MPD units are great and have carpet, kitchen has faux wood flooring. Utilities are updated and clean. Perfect for people looking for an "updated" spot. Amazon delivers straight to your front door.
As far as where you live floor wise, it is like any apartment in terms of sounds.
Parking is great and spacious.
I mean - get in while you can. Seriously.

I’m sorry, but when you tell the person at the front desk that you’re interested and are simply turned away and told to “fill out the application online,” even though it doesn’t go past two weeks, it says a lot about how unprofessional both she and her manager are. They don’t need to worry about us coming back or considering a home here.
And the previous reviewer was absolutely right—they are unresponsive. I texted a simple question days ago and still haven’t received a reply. So it’s mind-boggling to read “reach out”—to who, exactly? You don't pick up the phone or leave any emails or numbers to contact with your responses.
I mean, seriously, I’ve never seen anything like it. You tour an apartment, maybe the leasing agent is a nightmare, but the place is nice, so you come back to apply… and get turned away? Hard pass. We’re looking elsewhere. First impressions matter, and it’s quite clear they are giving their attention to who they want to live here.

although the apartments themselves are nice (which earned the stars), the leasing staff appears highly disorganized and unresponsive. they do not answer phone calls or respond to simple text inquiries. additionally, they do not provide the usual pamphlet during tours outlining building maps, fees, or what to expect from the complex.
the leasing agent who showed us the apartment was very quiet and only spoke when asked direct questions. there was no effort to explain features of the property or highlight its benefits, which made us feel as though we weren't taken seriously as potential tenants. while I understand the complex is new and the staff may still be learning, first impressions are imperative when trying to attract new residents.
with that being said, given the level of disorganization during the tour process, it naturally raises questions about how rent payments, maintenance requests, and other tenant concerns are managed here.
