  Professional service from Shawnese, Lourdes, Jade, Shenira (all very 😍 pretty ladies, too). Prompt maintenance staff (Stephon) etc. Spacious apartments, well kept grounds. Quiet living here. All good experiences with the BrittanyApartments.

  The Brittany Apartments in Pikesville is one of the best apartment complexes that I have leased, if not the best. Awesome job to the staff, maintenance, cleaning crew, and all at The Brittany Apartments. From the renovations throughout the complex to friendliness of leasing office staff, everyone does an outstanding job. I am happy here, thank you. All of my requests are made quickly and completed well.

  Our lease ended on a disappointing and frustrating note. I needed to coordinate an early move out due to the death of a close family member. When I discussed the situation with the front office staff, they were compassionate and reassuring. I was told that as long as I kept them informed of the circumstances and my move out date, they would work with me and that my security deposit would be returned given the situation. Unfortunately, after vacating the unit, I was surprised to learn that additional days of rent were charged along with late fees for unpaid rent. When I asked for clarification, especially since I believed we had a mutual understanding. I was told this was a “corporate decision.” If rent was considered unpaid, I should have been notified at the time. Had I known there was an outstanding balance, I could have paid immediately and avoided late fees altogether. It is unreasonable to expect a tenant to prevent late fees without being informed of the final amount owed. I made a point to be communicative and proactive with staff specifically to avoid this situation. They made an already stressful situation more difficult and costly.

  nice, hidden gem...the only issues are that they have old windows and balcony/patio doors - heat/air escapes...also beware of lots of potato/pill bugs and silver fish if you live on the first floor
