  My 1month experience with Marrion Square has been nothing short of wonderful. Shania, the Leasing Manager, is incredibly polite, kind, and knowledgeable. Shania and matience has been consistently responsive and attentive to all of my needs. Throughout the entire moving process, she kept me well-informed and made everything feel easy and stress-free. She truly made my son and me feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. In fact, my son loves stopping by her office to share stories about his school day and say hello to “Ms. Shay,” which speaks volumes about how warm and approachable she is. The complex itself is very well-maintained, quiet, and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the positive environment. The building is always clean and smells fresh, and parking has never been an issue. We absolutely love living here. I look forward to all the things that are coming up in the community. Wine Down is going to be amazing.

  Both Shaina & Kayla are amazing and attentive. Moving can be a hassle but the process felt seamless. From the very beginning, the process of digital application and communication made the process smoother. Then, the detailed information and accommodating provided to ensure that my process was nothing short of amazing did not go unnoticed. Shaina was sure to ensure that my home was in the best condition upon my move in date and Kayla completed the onboarding (keys, passes, etc.) I would recommend this property to anyone and I’m excited — they left me treats in my apartment and we already have a resident party coming up. Thank you Peak Management, Shaina, and Kayla for your leadership and customer service.

  Shaina truly a wonderful experience she takes the time to walk me through the process. Give me a tour of the facility all the ins and outs appreciate all the help have to see a 10 out of 10.

  Came in today take a tour of the 2bd/2bth. I was greeted by Dante who was exceptional! Very nice & professional! He gave us instructions and keys to tour the apartment to do a self-tour, which allowed us to take as much time as we needed. The apartment was very spacious, up to date, & had plenty of natural lighting! When we arrived back to the leasing office, Dante had all the information we needed organized and ready to go for us! Great experience & property. Will definitely be applying!
