  Both Shaina & Kayla are amazing and attentive. Moving can be a hassle but the process felt seamless. From the very beginning, the process of digital application and communication made the process smoother. Then, the detailed information and accommodating provided to ensure that my process was nothing short of amazing did not go unnoticed. Shaina was sure to ensure that my home was in the best condition upon my move in date and Kayla completed the onboarding (keys, passes, etc.) I would recommend this property to anyone and I’m excited — they left me treats in my apartment and we already have a resident party coming up. Thank you Peak Management, Shaina, and Kayla for your leadership and customer service.

  Shaina truly a wonderful experience she takes the time to walk me through the process. Give me a tour of the facility all the ins and outs appreciate all the help have to see a 10 out of 10.

  Management works hard to do whatever they can for residents and the maintenance staff like Wayne and Tre are absolutely top notch, can’t say enough good things about them
