I lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately my experience was very frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues and a lack of responsiveness. Every time I called the emergency maintenance line, no one picked up or my concerns were dismissed. On two separate occasions, I went an entire week without air conditioning. Another time, my key broke off in the lock when I was trying to get into my apartment. When I called maintenance to be let in, I was told it “wasn’t an emergency,” even though I was locked outside in the cold for hours. I also had mold issues in the bathroom that were never properly addressed, they simply painted over it instead of fixing the underlying problem. Most recently, my washer began draining into the bathroom sink. Maintenance came and claimed it was fixed, but instead dislodged a pipe under the sink, causing water to overflow and ruin all the toilet paper I had just purchased, with no reimbursement provided. Mind you the maintenance man was nodding off as if he was on something. Thankfully, one maintenance worker, Larry came and actually fixed the issue. He was professional and helpful, but having to rely on one maintenance person is not reasonable. Overall, management needs to do a much better job addressing residents’ maintenance concerns, especially emergencies, and ensuring issues are properly resolved the first time. Additionally, If management is going to raise rent by $100, there should at least be renovations or updated/replaced appliances to justify the increase.

By far the best experience i’ve had touring apartments. I had an excellent experience working with Devin during my apartment search. was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive, answering all of my questions clearly and honestly while guiding me through each tour. She made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and support. Thank you so much Devin.

Today I went on a tour with Randi and I must say that she was very helpful. She helped me with a few options and then visually took me to a few locations to better judge what I want. Of the few places I’ve visited with the help that I’ve received, Copper and Quarry village has a great first line of contact with Randi. Thanks for your help.

The most unprofessional rental property I have ever dealt with. They application process was horrible. Not to mention they are infested with Mice. When I first moved in everything was fine but after a month things changed. My neighbors are horrible. Patrice is very unprofessional and the rental office closes randomly when I need to get maintenance done. Run while you can.
