  Maintenance issues are not addressed appropriately. Constantly closing tickets without any relevant notes so even management has no idea what’s going on. Takes months to get issues actually resolved. Follow up from management is minimal and they do not hold maintenance accountable and instead make excuses for the delays.

  Prospective renters should be aware of how towing is handled at this property. My vehicle, which had a valid parking sticker, was impounded by the apartment complex’s towing company and I was charged $280. The vehicle was not parked in a fire lane, there were no posted “No Parking” signs, and the area was ambiguously marked, only one white line was present, with no clearly defined stall boundaries. Another vehicle was parked directly next to mine, making it appear to be an acceptable parking area. No warning or notice was provided prior to the impound. When I contacted the leasing office afterward, the response was dismissive and I was told there was nothing they could do, despite the circumstances and lack of clear signage. This was a costly and frustrating experience, not because of a clear rule violation, but because of unclear parking markings combined with a towing policy that appears to prioritize enforcement over residents. The lack of concern or willingness to help from the leasing office made the situation worse. If you are considering living here, understand that towing decisions may be made without warning and management may not intervene afterward, even when the situation is ambiguous.

  I really enjoyed living here at first and had a positive experience overall for most of my two years. Unfortunately, things changed toward the end of my lease when management changed. The new leasing manager lived directly below me, and a maintenance employee lived in the same building. I have a 10-year-old who participates in gymnastics, so there were occasional noise concerns. Anytime I was made aware of an issue, I addressed it immediately. However, the situation escalated when my child began being bullied by the maintenance employee’s children, including being told we would be evicted and being confronted at the bus stop. I reported these incidents, but no action was taken. Shortly after, I received a non-renewal notice without a clear reason. After moving out, I was also sent a security deposit statement with claims that did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. I have photos and videos from move-out day that show otherwise. Overall, the lack of professionalism and failure to address serious concerns made what was once a positive living experience very disappointing.

  me and my family love living around this area! its no ratchetness or crazy neighbors. im a maintanence man myself its a weight off my shoulders that i can call mr larry and trust the job gets done!

  My Friends Been Living Here For Years & Everytime I Come I Love Coming. The Area , How Clean It Is. Ive Seen Her Contact The Leasing Office With An Concern And They Got On It Right Away. She Needed Maintanence Work Done And Mr Larry Took NO TIME To Fix It.
