  This complex is a wonderful place to live primarily because of the staff. I’ve met many of the staff members and have been impressed. Individuals like Country and Gabby go above and beyond to make living here incredibly memorable. I am so grateful for everyone here. Thanks

  Randi was an excellent tour guide while I was apartment hunting for my sister from out of state. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the amenities and different floor plans. She made the entire process smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful she was throughout the tour. Highly recommend working with her!

  Just Finished Touring Copper And Quarry Village Apartments With Ms. Patrice From The Leasing Office. The Tour Went Well With Ms. Patrice Pointing Out The Many Different Reasons To Move There. The Property Was Well Maintained And Clean. Ms. Patrice Was Full Of Energy + Very Knowledgeable About The Property. She Answered All Of My Questions And Asked A Few Of Her Own. Ms. Patrice Is A Rock Star!! 5 Stars . Thank You Ms. Patrice.

  I have been a resident at Copper and Quarry Village for almost 3 years, and my experience has been extremely frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues that have not been properly addressed. During my time here, I have experienced over 10 leaks in my unit across different areas of the apartment. This is not an isolated incident…it has been a recurring issue that continues to disrupt my living conditions. I initially reached out via email on December 18, 2025 to property management, including Lisa, Allen, and Courtney Bratley, regarding these concerns. I received no response. Exactly a month later, I followed up with another email and still did not receive a reply. I then attempted to call multiple times, left messages, and again received no call back. The only way I was able to speak with anyone was by showing up unannounced at the office. Even then, my concerns were not handled with urgency or care. The response I received from Courtney Bratley was dismissive, and there was little to no effort made to resolve the ongoing issue. In addition, the way these repairs are handled has been extremely inconvenient. There has been little to no coordination or notice when maintenance arrives. There have been times where workers have come late in the evening when I am already preparing for bed, or even while I am in the shower, forcing me to rush and get dressed unexpectedly. When leaks occur in my bedroom, I am unable to rest comfortably because repairs are happening in my personal space without proper scheduling or consideration. On top of that, I am the one who has to move and rearrange my furniture and personal belongings each time there is a leak or repair, and then put everything back once they are done. This has become an ongoing burden that I should not have to repeatedly manage as a resident. I am also including photos of some of the leaks and the condition of my apartment afterward to show the extent of the damage and disruption. As of today, I am now dealing with yet another leak…this time in my bathroom Just above my toilet, which means I can’t comfortably use my toilet…and it is still not being properly addressed. This has been an ongoing pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unresolved maintenance issues. Living in an apartment where basic habitability concerns are repeatedly ignored is unacceptable. If you are considering renting here, I would strongly advise you to reconsider. My experience has been consistent over several years, and unfortunately, it has not improved.
