  I lived at The Crossings at White Marsh for a couple years, and honestly, it was a solid spot. Way better than I expected for the price. The rent was actually pretty affordable for what you get around here. Decent-sized units, good location near shopping and everything, and it didn’t hit my wallet as hard as some of the fancier places nearby. Felt like I was getting a fair deal without overpaying. It was super quiet too. The whole setup was in this nice, wooded, park-like area, so I didn’t get a ton of road noise or loud neighbors blasting music. I could actually chill or sleep without interruptions. Big win for me. Maintenance was on point every time. I put in a few requests over the years (nothing major, just normal stuff), and they got it fixed quick and right. No dragging their feet or half-assing it. Grounds always looked clean, and the team kept things up nicely. Management was really helpful too. Whenever I had questions about renewals, packages, or whatever, they were friendly and got back to me fast. They actually seemed to care about making things easy for residents, which isn’t always the case. Overall, if you’re in the White Marsh/Perry Hall area and want something chill, not crazy expensive, and taken care of, this place is worth checking out. I was happy there.

  This is going to be a long one but I've been having issues since I moved to this complex. The first issue was a mouse which was annoying but that's not even the worst thing that's happened since I've lived here. My upstairs neighbors toilet overflowed and leaked through my bathroom ceiling. I had a large dehumidifier and a hole in my ceiling for 3 weeks. A few months after that I came out to my car to go to work one morning and noticed that someone tried to steal my car by breaking off my driver side door handle and ripping out the ignition which cost me hundreds of dollars. There are no cameras in the parking lot or anywhere in the complex. I notified the leasing office and their response was that they would submit and "incident report" to their corporate office and that was it. Today I come home from work to toilet water leaking through my ceiling once again from my upstairs neighbor. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and I can't wait until my lease is up.

  My apartment is everything that I dream of. My cat and I love and enjoy my apartment and scenery here at Crossing at White Marsh. The staffing here is amazing the community here is awesome, clean and quie. I advise anybody who's looking for a awesome place to call home.Crossing at White Marsh is the place
