  Satyr Hill Apartments has been a blessing to live in, it’s only been one year since we moved in but everything has been so perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better management team and maintenance crew. Thank you for all you do for us! We are excited to renew our lease.

  The Satyr hill team is the best. So incredibly grateful for everyone. As a resident I feel valued and heard. Ms. Debbie does an amazing job maintaining the cleanliness of the property and she is always so pleasant and helpful during every interaction. Both Ms.Leona and Ms.Kim are also wonderful. Both are always so helpful and pleasant. Our maintenance team is also great! Mike always shows up and is ready to assist with any concerns. They make it worth it to live at this property.

  Have been here for about 6 yrs now? I love it here. Quiet, clean, safe. Office is amazing, helpful and kind. Quick repairs when needed. Recent snow storm of several inches and mostly ice? The way they had it cleared, safe and ready to go was impressive! Kim and Leona are absolutely wonderful! Price and location are on point. I work an hour away but I can’t bring myself to leave!

  Absolutely amazing! I lived at Saytr Hill for two years only moving away to be closer to my new job. The past two years have been amazing. The leasing office is very helpful, maintenance comes within an acceptable time, there were no issues with pest at all. I want to shout out and thank Leona, Kim and Mike for making my stay at Saytr for two years both amazing and rememberable. If you are looking for a new apartment within Parkville, definitely check out Saytr Hill. You will not regret living there at all.
