I really think it turned out to get better because I established a line of communication between me and the office staff. So whenever I had a rodent problem or needed something fixed they were right on it! As long as you do your part they are going to do theirs for sure. What I mean by that is, make sure you get your key to the laundry room so you can wash your clothes. I didnt have one at first and neither did my neighbors so I made it my business to get a key. Once I got my key I had access to wash my clothes whenever I needed to and on top of that they upgraded our machines which makes it so much more easier to wash and pay for. Before we had laundry cards we had to walk only across the street to reload but for times sake, It's better to refill on the app off of your phone with the recent upgrade. Only thing is there is 1 washer and 1 dryer for the residences of 2 buildings to share, so 1 washer and dryer per 2 buildings. I rarely ran into any problems because 8 always lock the doors behind me and at least 2 or 3 times since I've been here there was someone else washing before me and I had to wait it out. I love the fact that you can still get some nature even though it's an apartment building. There are ancient trees and you'll see dear sometimes near the woods in back of and on the side of the buildings. It's a very peaceful balance because it's still the city with traffic surrounding the majority of the complex but the pretty green trees and bushes gives it a nice balance. Neighbors pretty much mind thier business but many of us speak to one another. It's always landscaped and the trash is picked up regularly. This is a great apartment complex if it's your first time, or you need to reestablish yourself or looking for a decent area that's in Baltimore city with plenty of outlets around it. Living here totally changed my perception in a positive way from the time I moved in to now.
