- GHGabrielle HinesAug 1, 20231.0Worst experience ever..my air went out on a Wednesday night I called emergency maintenance I was told that was nothing that they could do because I was not on the medical list to receive emergency maintenance on air conditioning I waited the next morning to put in a regular maintenance ticket No One still showed today is the 6th day I've been without air on the 5th day a maintenance person close out my tickets stating that they have fixed the problem in the air was working properly which was not true no one ever came or even came in to check the air to see what the problem was I've been staying at a hotel due to being asthmatic I need air conditioning 24/7 I have submitted the proper documentation to the property in order for me to be put on the medical list now they're telling me that that has to be reviewed also before I can get Emergency Services it's been a cold red and Baltimore Maryland outside for heat I just don't understand how this is not a emergency situation this is unacceptable it's no way you guys should have your tenants living this way or have your maintenance technicians be untruthful about the work that has been completed this has been a very frustrating situation
