- ERElmoo RedzJan 14, 20221.0Honestly I don’t know why they have great reviews. Kensington gate apartments are not a place you want to move in. It seems like a great move until you move in. The walls are poorly painted, and the units are not updated. Also the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors upstairs fighting or walking across your head. But that’s not even the worst part! These units are so mice infested that you can get rid of one and still have plenty more. If you plan on moving don’t move here because it’s not worth it. I’m currently saving to move.
