  The leasing staff are fantastic! No question or concern left unattended and they always help me with all my questions. I also want to make note about the maintenance staff. They respond quickly and the work is thoroughly done. They really make me feel at home.

  The leasing center personal are fantastic - all of them that I have known over the 10+ years I have lived here. No question or concern is unimportant and they always help me with things that are best done on the computer. I also want to commend the maintenance staff. They respond quickly and the work is thoroughly done. CRC takes good care of us. Recently they started Flex rental payments and now we can renew our leases for up to 15 months. This really makes me feel at home.

  I’ve honestly had a really good experience living here since 2020. The maintenance team is way better than other communities I’ve lived in. Work orders get taken care of pretty quickly and they actually fix things the right way the first time. The leasing staff is also really responsive. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question or concern, they’ve gotten back to me fast and handled it. Snow removal was definitely slower this year than in the past, which was frustrating in the moment. But when I talked to the office they explained what was going on and what they were doing about it and I appreciated the open communication. I would love to see keyed entry for the buildings. There have been a few times where random people were lingering in the halls. For now, my Ring camera gives me some peace of mind, but added security would be a really nice upgrade. It’s been a great place to live and I’ve been happy here.

  I recently had the opportunity to tour the property with my mother, husband, and Charnel was our leasing agent. The unit itself was wonderful, and we were initially very interested. Unfortunately, our experience with the leasing agent was disappointing. When I asked a few questions regarding maintenance, I was met with an unpleasant and dismissive response. She stated, “I already informed the mom, and I’m not sure who is on a tour here,” in a tone that felt rude and unprofessional. As we proceeded to leave, she responded with “Okay, good,” which further added to the discomfort of the situation. I have never experienced such an uncalled-for attitude from a leasing professional. A welcoming and respectful environment is extremely important when making decisions about where to live. I did have the opportunity to speak with Ashley, the manager, and explain the situation. She assured me that she would address the matter, which I appreciate. Hopefully your encounter with charnel is more pleasant then mines.
