  I submitted a maintenance request to address a few issues in my apartment. I returned home to find that, instead of a maintenance crew wreaking havoc, my air conditioner had been removed and—surprise—$1,000 was missing. When I confronted the office staff, they insisted that no one had entered my unit. However, upon returning to my apartment, I found a repair order indicating that maintenance had indeed taken my air conditioner out of the window. When I pointed this out to the gentleman again, he casually admitted, "Oh yes, I had maintenance remove your air conditioner." So, let me get this straight: you told me no one had been in my apartment, yet your team removed my air conditioner—and now I’m out a grand. To add insult to injury, several days after I confronted the office, I finally received a notice stating that my rental agreement was being terminated and I had 30 days to vacate. To anyone renting here, just a friendly heads-up: your personal belongings might be getting a firsthand tour from maintenance without so much as a 'hello!

  Please sort out all options before moving here. I have been here for almost 2 years and I will not be renewing. Wish I received an honest review initially, but that’s how they get you. I initially moved in last spring things were good, until the warmer months came and there were nights/days I had to call about my ac before the issue was fixed (had the same problem this year). Next issue, the thin walls!! You hear everything and everyone within the building. The rental office does nothing about it! Also, they have a cricket problem within the apartments. There’s always feces around. I have made constant complaints about the neighbors above me and the rental office suggestion I buy sound proof equipment, when I already pay rent ???! They literally don’t care! There’s always a disturbance due to thin flooring and walls. Can’t even sit in your own living room/bed room without hearing everything in the next apartment. I constantly tell get my sleep disturbed due to this, and again they do nothing! Half of the rental staff are rude and very unprofessional. Please look elsewhere if you can as rent is already high and no one deserves to not be comfortable in an apartment they pay rent for. The worst experience I’ve had renting.

  I spoke to a person named brittany very unprofessional the first time i came to see these apartments everything was great im not sure what happened since then this person does not want to do their job i asked for somebody else to help me she said there was no one else i told her to let me talk to the lady that answered the phone the first time she refused i don't understand why if u dont want to do your job obviously did not want to help me at all so i called back 10 minutes later and the first lady answered i told her my problems and that i do not want to speak to the other one i dont know why i have to go through all this for an application im explaining whats going on she dont care about nothing im saying just because u dont want to do your job might just take my money else where never everrrrrrr experience this while going through an APPLICATION PROCESS before its really ridiculous hire people that want to what they supposed to !

  Somebody set a fire in 8905 Waltham Woods Rd. They refused to add locks on the main door.. I don’t recommend anybody to get an apartment here. It’s Obvious that management don’t care

  I was very impressed with the facilities and the upgraded features. I am glad we stopped by and was appreciative of Brittany taking the time to give us a tour. I hope a unit becomes available when my current lease is up.
