- BJbreanna jenningsSep 24, 20253.0You get what you pay for. I lived here for 5 years. It was my first and hopefully last apartment (because I’d like to own a home). Maitanence is nice but the work is subpar. But hey, It’s not much high hopes. I started off paying $930. I never had roaches but I did have a mouse issue temporarily. My neighbor above me, rest her soul, caused lots of flooding issues. Maitanence was decent with fixing it but I felt I deserved a hotel each time I was inconvenienced with a huge hole in the ceiling for several days. The neighborhood started to get really bad before I left. My car (Hyundai) was busted into twice. But I won a reward for my dog chase for Halloween ! Got $200 off rent. My point is you get what you pay for. It’s not the worst but it’s not the best. It’s up to you to make it a home and make it worth your money.

If you’ve quiet neighbor, then you’re lucky, if someone like mine, who is night owl like mine, who’s constantly talking all night, then Jesus May bless you. I’ve been living here for more than a year and half. I have a constant problem for noise. The walls or the floor probably dont have sound blocking padding or materials in between. So it’s very disturbing in the night. The sound is so crystal clear and loud as if the person downstairs is talking right beside you. I’ve made complaints multiple times. But the issue is not taken care of. I can’t complain everytime they make noise or call the police everytime for stupid reason like this… . But at the same time, I want to sleep at peace at least at night. You call maintenance for something, I have to call everyday otherwise they won’t show up even if they leave something in the middle of fixing. This has happened to me multiple times. I wish they would be okay if we do the same thing with rent payment.
