  Staff is very nice when you are inquiring to lease. Ultimately I was denied (which is okay) however, when I saw some inconsistent information in my denial I called back to see if those things were apart of the reason for the denial - they would not even answer the phone for me. I left a message and waited for a return phone call not thinking I was being ignored because of how nice I was treated just two days prior. I had to have a family member call back to get the info I needed. If this is how they treat people they deem as no longer worthy I wonder how it is after people move in.

  I want to personally thank Mrs. Rachael Britton for her kind words, her assistance and her mannerisms when it came to the approach of my situation. She’s actually someone that cares. She gave me resources with some suggestions to help me in time of need. Compassion is something she models real well. With her, Doncaster village apartment will be in good hands as long as she’s around. Thanks Racheal. May God continue to bless you.

  I've lived here a little over a year and I am more than pleased with Doncaster Village Apartments. I would like to send a shout out to the Property Manager Rachael Britton who is doing a fantastic job maintaining the property with preventive maintenance, being proactive with the property to avoid issues down the road, and how well kept the units and grounds are. That's why this is an A1 property because we have an A1 Property Manager and maintenance team. Shout out to the maintenance team's Ron and Derrick for the great job that you do. Best place I've ever lived. Kudos 👏🏿👏🏿💐💐💐💐

  I lived here for 8 months, and overall it was a good experience in a nice neighborhood. I really liked the apartment itself. However, the washing machines and dryers have always been a major problem. Every time I raised the issue, management only said, “We are working on it,” but nothing has improved. I’ve tried using every unit, and the problem exists in all of them. The dryers often leave clothes wet even after a full cycle, which is especially difficult when people need clean clothes early in the morning before work. The washing machines also don’t clean properly and leave clothes soaked after 30 minutes. This has been a constant issue throughout my stay, and it’s very disappointing that it hasn’t been fixed.
