  Property manager goes above and beyond! Office staff always greets you with a smile. Maintenance manager and team are efficient and thorough. My concerns/requests are always handled in a very timely manner. I've lived here for over 1 year and have no complaints at all.

  Allen, the maintenance technician at Doncaster Village Apartments, is absolutely amazing. He is always professional, respectful, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. He takes the time to explain what the issue is and makes sure everything is fixed properly before leaving. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. It’s a great feeling knowing that when something needs attention, Allen will handle it efficiently and with a positive attitude. Doncaster Village is lucky to have him!

  Cameron from the leasing office is amazing! He always gives the best customer service. Rachel, the manager, is also very kind and helpful. There has been issues with mice, but they always send someone to take care of it. I’d have to say it’s the pest control company that just tries to hurry in and out. That’s no fault of the complex itself. It’s an apartment so I don’t really expect to never see a mouse. I’ve had issues in the past with my dryer and washer, and they replaced both with brand new ones and I have had no issues with it since. The apartment itself is pretty quiet. You can’t really hear your neighbors. I live in a nice unit with great neighbors. Just hoping they get the playground fixed soon.

  Staff is very nice when you are inquiring to lease. Ultimately I was denied (which is okay) however, when I saw some inconsistent information in my denial I called back to see if those things were apart of the reason for the denial - they would not even answer the phone for me. I left a message and waited for a return phone call not thinking I was being ignored because of how nice I was treated just two days prior. I had to have a family member call back to get the info I needed. If this is how they treat people they deem as no longer worthy I wonder how it is after people move in.
