They have only one maintenance guy that try his best to get the job done but he is only one person with two hands and two feet with thousands of problems. Mice out and running around that pest control can’t even control it. Parking sucks they only want your money for reserve spots. Dog poop all over the grass where the kids play. They want their rent on time but they can’t fix things on time. It’s 2026 not 1919 and you do the math and see if it makes sense.

Tons of complaints and the MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE. They only care about sending in payment letters before due dates. It was my wife's idea to move here and SHE REGRETS IT TO THE BONE.
