- RMRicky M.Nov 15, 20251.0It's not a good time to move here.You can get no maintenance done. And while the rental office people seem to be nice, they offer no help. When people move out you get a infestation of rats and roaches. The floors and walls are thin. The pipes are old they shake. Unless you're on the top floor not much peace. Parking seemed to be okay, but they charge a lot for reserved. I've been threatened over my reserve spot. They have a dog park, small, but no one respects it, so there's pooped everywhere. They never blow the leaf. The only thing that seems to be important is moving people in and once you're in, forgotten.
