- TRTimmy Ray3 days ago1.0This place is horrible I lived there 2 yrs they have 12 units in a building and have one water meter just me and my wife lived in a two bedroom my water is sewer bill was $168 a month and I payed $17 a month for there insurance and I payed garbage and pest control my bill every month was $1658 a month they won't tell you this until you sign a lease please don't move at the Willard apartments

He was very informative, patient and helpful. 10/10 !!! He made us even more excited to move in. We toured like 7 times and he was present, informative and had great energy each time. An absolute pleasure to work with. Absolutely love the apartment itself, no notes no words!
- BCBnL CorporationDec 7, 20254.0Could be a lot worse as a whole. Looks like management dealt with a chronic smoker (weed) somewhere in the building this past two months (Oct/Nov 2025). It persisted almost 24/7, then stopped coming through the vents one day. Very thankful for that. They will also offer to block off the vent that brings air from other apartments into your home.
