  Could be a lot worse as a whole. Looks like management dealt with a chronic smoker (weed) somewhere in the building this past two months (Oct/Nov 2025). It persisted almost 24/7, then stopped coming through the vents one day. Very thankful for that. They will also offer to block off the vent that brings air from other apartments into your home.

  The apartment itself is fine. However, a significant problem makes it hard to recommend. A very strong smell of weed constantly comes through the bathroom and kitchen vents. It's pervasive and seeps into clothes and furniture. If you are sensitive to smells or have respiratory issues, look elsewhere. Management has been notified but has not resolved the issue.

  PSA!!! To add fuel to the fire, they do not respect people’s privacy or homes. They entered my apartment when I was NOT home WITHOUT my permission. As a woman who lives alone this is a complete violation of my privacy, safety and security. Be aware This apartment is so annoying, the rules are ridiculous. We pay all this money and can’t use the common area or rent it out, the elevator is always down and they never give residence notice, the shower water gets luke warm at best, the fuse is always blowing out you can’t even steam clean your floors without it happening, you can hear everything happening above you, one time I wasn’t even in my car for 2 minutes before security pulled up saying they were watching me as if they don’t have anything better to do, the mail room is a hot holy mess. The fire pit barely works, they DID NOT cover the pool all winter or drain it, the online portal to pay rent doesn’t work and it seems like a tactic to get people to pay late so they can try and evict them…. Solid 5/10. In addition they pay so little attention they responded to my comment spelling my name incorrectly as if it’s not at the top. A true reflection of their work ethic. In addition, last week I experienced mold growth on my walls and the problem was minimized be being called “lint” please see photos below. I am 5 months pregnant and have to deal with this “growth” in a brand new apartment complex. I want to break my lease but I’m getting push back on doing so. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. There was a leak in the unit above me which caused me to have a water mark on my ceiling, moisture in the walls and furthermore growth on my walls. They did not go into the walls to fix the problem, but painted over it and “cleaned” the area. Solid 0/10 I wouldn’t recommend They claimed they “fixed” the issue and please see the updated pictures. They say it’s not mold but anyone not on the companies pay roll says otherwise
