  The apartment itself is fine. However, a significant problem makes it hard to recommend. A very strong smell of weed constantly comes through the bathroom and kitchen vents. It's pervasive and seeps into clothes and furniture. If you are sensitive to smells or have respiratory issues, look elsewhere. Management has been notified but has not resolved the issue.

  Everything has been going great so far! My only complaint comes from the walls being a bit thin but since it’s relatively quiet it doesn’t pose much of a issue. Also maintenance works fast. I had a issue arise where my A/C wasn’t working. I had put the work request in that morning and Chris came by almost immediately and fixed it. Absolutely amazing guy and amazing service here so far!

  I moved here in January and I absolutely loveeee living here. Haven’t had any issues until yesterday, my microwave broke and I put in a request to have it fixed. Maintenance (Chris) reached out the same day to schedule a time to come out to look at the microwave. I wasn't able to be there but he was super communicative and came out today and replaced the entire appliance. He was super sweet and very helpful !! Definitely appreciate easy experiences like this.

  IF YOU LOVE THE SMELL OF WEED AND DON'T MIND IT SMELLING IN YOUR UNIT EVERYDAY, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR YOU. BUT IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO SMOKE AND HATE THE SMELL OF WEED, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I moved in here two days ago. I would say it has been a pretty experience so far compared to where I moved from. But I will update this as my lease goes. I recently learned that doorbell cameras are not allowed in this apartment complex. I was told to take mine down even though it wasn’t mentioned in the lease, and the reason given didn’t seem justifiable. It’s been over a month since I moved and I would say the actual contractors built this place too fast and they missed some spot. I love how efficient the maintenance guy can be and I love their communication skills. This is to whoever started smoking indoor. I’m begging you to stop smoking because it is coming through our vents and it stinks so bad in our units. This started around October ending. Please stop! 11/01 Update: I really loved this apartment when I first moved in, but the air quality has become unbearable. No matter how much I clean, sweep, vacuum, and mop almost every day, the dust keeps coming back, especially in my bedroom. I can literally see it on the walls. I wake up every morning with a dry throat, itchy eyes, and constant sneezing. The air always feels dry even though I run both a humidifier and an air purifier every day and open my windows for fresh air. What makes it worse is that the smell of weed and cooking from other units comes right through my vents. I’ll be in my room and suddenly smell food or smoke that isn’t from my apartment at all. It’s uncomfortable and makes me feel like I don’t have control over my own space. I did submit a maintenance ticket, but I was told that “the amount of debris and dust coming from the vent shows the system is running well.” That response was disappointing because I’m the one cleaning every day and dealing with the irritation and dry air. If the system was really working, I wouldn’t be waking up with a sore throat or seeing dust stick to my walls. Like I said, I genuinely love this place and the community, but at this point, I’m starting to regret renewing my lease. It runs until September 2026, and I honestly don’t know if I can keep dealing with this much dust and poor ventilation. I really hope management takes this seriously and checks the HVAC system, because something just isn’t right.
