- BCBnL CorporationDec 7, 20254.0Could be a lot worse as a whole. Looks like management dealt with a chronic smoker (weed) somewhere in the building this past two months (Oct/Nov 2025). It persisted almost 24/7, then stopped coming through the vents one day. Very thankful for that. They will also offer to block off the vent that brings air from other apartments into your home.

A very strong smell of weed constantly comes through the bathroom and kitchen vents. It's pervasive and seeps into clothes and furniture. If you are sensitive to smells or have respiratory issues, look elsewhere. Management has been notified but has not resolved the issue.
- MAMason AllenderJul 21, 20255.0Everything has been going great so far! My only complaint comes from the walls being a bit thin but since it’s relatively quiet it doesn’t pose much of a issue. Also maintenance works fast. I had a issue arise where my A/C wasn’t working. I had put the work request in that morning and Chris came by almost immediately and fixed it. Absolutely amazing guy and amazing service here so far!
- ZBZhanae Bailey-ElJul 18, 20255.0I moved here in January and I absolutely loveeee living here. Haven’t had any issues until yesterday, my microwave broke and I put in a request to have it fixed. Maintenance (Chris) reached out the same day to schedule a time to come out to look at the microwave. I wasn't able to be there but he was super communicative and came out today and replaced the entire appliance. He was super sweet and very helpful !! Definitely appreciate easy experiences like this.
