Jean was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly while taking care of the items that required service. Valeria, Ita, and the rest of the team have also made my move-in experience smooth and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the community is quiet and pleasant.

They don't even have the decency to tell you that you're denied and then they still request that you fill out the application separately for your pet. I filled out the application and paid thirty dollars just to find out that I didn't have to do it until I was approved. Communication here is weird....Highly do not recommend

She also made me and my wife feel very welcome as if we were already a part of the community. She answered all questions with honesty and me and my wife agreed on placing an application on the drive home.

The cleaning staff is always picking up after messy neighbors and does a phenomenal job of it. Dylan and Jean are two of my favorite people that I've met since moving to Baltimore. Both are consumate professionals who would always go the extra mile, make my son smile, show him what work they were doing, and always stopping to say, "hi" when we walk around the complex. But more importantly, they're kind and welcoming, and that demeanor makes the complex all the more charming. In the three years that I lived here Dylan must've fixed 80% of our tickets and we never had a repeat ticket. My son always looked forward to something breaking so he could see Mr Dylan or Mr Jean.
