    I had the pleasure of touring a 1b/1b unit with Kallen, and let me just say her presence, communication and personality are awesome! She was very informative and listened well to what my concerns/needs are. The grounds of the community appear very well kept, which was a plus for me and the unit I toured was clean as well. I’m definitely looking forward to applying as my current lease ends!

    Owing Park has been awesome for my family, I’ve been at Owing Park for 3 years. Our town home is spacious, the area is quiet and comfortable enough for me. They keep the community clean and presentable that’s another plus for me as well. The maintenance is friendly and communicative also, the management team has been welcoming and they listen which is important. They are on the higher side when it comes to pricing but it’s average to everything else in the area. We appreciate them🥰

    Living at Owings Park Apartments has been one of the worst experiences. The community feels unsafe and management refuses to take responsibility. Residents openly brandish guns and fights break out over parking areas, yet the leasing office does nothing to protect tenants or enforce order. When we tried to raise these safety concerns and requested to leave under Maryland tenant laws, management was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s unacceptable to ignore residents who fear for their safety in their own homes. A property that cannot provide basic security or support should not be renting to families or individuals looking for peace of mind. If you value safety, respect, and responsive management, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    Just completed my tour with Ms. Kallen Smith, she was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. My mother and I will definitely be in touch and hopefully moving in soon.

    My girlfriend and I just moved in. The conditions upon move in were fantastic and maintence was quickly responsive and helpful for any issues we had. Kallen and Ebn were a great help with the application and lease process. They were extremely welcoming to the community.
