  I’ve had several maintenance issues since moving into this apartment complex, but the most concerning has been an ongoing leak under my kitchen sink. I submitted multiple maintenance requests to have it repaired. Unfortunately, the tickets were closed out each time without the issue actually being resolved. Because the leak was never properly fixed, mold has now developed under the sink, which has started causing respiratory problems. This is not only frustrating but also a serious health concern. I have contacted both the leasing office and maintenance team multiple times, but the issue has not been handled appropriately, and communication has been very disappointing. I would expect better follow-through, especially when it comes to health and safety matters. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves how maintenance requests are handled moving forward.

  Today is 2/15 , 3 weeks since we experience the snow storm on 1/25 and the sidewalks is still not clear not only is this a major liability as snow removal is included in the lease this is unacceptable , I wouldn’t recommend this community to a soul these pictures are as of today ‼️

  Moving too the mode was my biggest mistake management and maintenance suck they mark maintenance tickets as complete and doesn’t come until weeks later the gate still haven’t been fixed or attempted to be fix they pack snow in limited residential parking areas we can’t even walk over dogs because they don’t care about shoveling the sidewalks I been here since sept 2025 and ready to break my lease already if I could tell you please save your money and move elsewhere

  You closed the service order but no one has come to my apartment since last year. The ticket was closed but no one ever worked on t he problem. I placed tickets the last week of December and the first week of January. The tickets were closed but no one ever worked on the problems??????
