  I must say Michael and Allante are the best. And there's another gentleman in the office that also helped out.But Michael and Allante really we're great. They worked with me to get everything that I really wanted. And it was really refreshing to meet such wonderful young. people. I'm so very thankful for them. UpdateI've lived here now for twenty nine days.The only problem I have is late at night, marijuana smell coming in by my front. Door. This is very sad because I moved here to get away from that smell. Because it is not good for my health. With my medications. And can cause me to pass out and have really bad headaches.

  Living here since past last 3 years, overall the apartments are good. The biggest issue here is the elevators, one of them never works. They didn't even send a courtsey out of service email.until 2-3 weeks since the elevator stopped working. On top of that the 2nd and only elevator left now is also not working at 10 PM at night, people are litrelly trying to use the stairways but guess what you cant access the hallway door to get in unless someone opens it from other side. It feels like the managment doesnt cares anymore even after us paying so much rent.I have a video as a proof that both the elevators are not working and also a video which shows the front door not locking all the way in thus anyone can basically get in without a keyfob! I like living here but it frustrates me that even after paying a high rent u do not get basic things like a working elevator!

  Been living here for 9 months now. Overall the apartment units are very nice. However, the constant excessive noise at all hours of the morning and night from neighbors blasting music is a bit much. Also having to keep our vents in our unit closed to combat the constant smell of marijuana from coming in is very annoying! And people purposely allowing their dogs to defecate in walkways outside when there’s a huge dog park is very inconsiderate. Owings Mills is a very nice area, however management could do a much better job with handling the constant issues in this building. Metro crossing are the original buildings, maybe their newer sister properties The Met and The Willard) offer a better experience.

  Everything about this place is great OTHER than the extremely thin walls. Every single day I have to fall asleep and try and stay asleep to my neighbor snoring at such a high intensity that even when I move to the living room I can still hear him from his bedroom. I’m mainly posting this so future potential residents can take that into consideration, I didn’t expect it to be such a pivotal problem. Definitely one of the only things the complex needs to look into fixing to avoid future problems. Coming back to add/edit to this a few months later, this place truly is great overall. One bad thing doesn’t take away from everything else wonderful about this place. I would still recommend this apartment complex to anyone who would be inquiring. The staff is AMAZING, they are so friendly, nice, accommodating, and treat their residents with the upmost kindness and respect. If I ever had a question or concern it was resolved or answered within minutes/hours. The problem I experience with my neighbor has nothing to do with them, nor can they do anything about it - I just kind of aired my problem out in a Google review which didn’t need to be displayed to the amplitude that I took it.
