They worked with me to get everything that I really wanted. And it was really refreshing to meet such wonderful young. people. I'm so very thankful for them. UpdateI've lived here now for twenty nine days.The only problem I have is late at night, marijuana smell coming in by my front. Door. This is very sad because I moved here to get away from that smell. Because it is not good for my health. With my medications. And can cause me to pass out and have really bad headaches.

However, the constant excessive noise at all hours of the morning and night from neighbors blasting music is a bit much. Also having to keep our vents in our unit closed to combat the constant smell of marijuana from coming in is very annoying! And people purposely allowing their dogs to defecate in walkways outside when there’s a huge dog park is very inconsiderate. Owings Mills is a very nice area, however management could do a much better job with handling the constant issues in this building. Metro crossing are the original buildings, maybe their newer sister properties The Met and The Willard) offer a better experience.

Everytime I put in a maintenance request it gets done in a timely and accurately manner. Special shout out to Brandon Minor who has communicated with me and done an excellent job on fixing the maintenance issues inside of my apartment!
