    Have always been happy with the time that it was done compared to the time when I had called the order in so they John seems to follow up really quickly so I’m happy about that and he is often very nice to speak with nice conversations with him and Telly

    Just don't move in. I have never in my life had so many of the same plumbing issues that never gets properly fixed. Extremely old building with extremely old HVAC unit and appliances. Move anywhere other than the Owings Mills area, period. All of the apartments are ridiculously overpriced. I would also like to add that the appliances in the apartments are a used. However, they will tell a lie and say they're new. I went almost two months not being able to do laundry because the dryer was broken. A few months later and guess what? My dryer just stopped working again. The electricity goes out at least once a week. And no, I do not have a ton of appliances plugged into the sockets. Just the second hand appliances that came with the apartment. So frustrating.

    We don't rent here but we belong to the pool for the summer. So glad we joined!! My kids have made several new friends. The lifeguards are very attentive, very nice and they get to know the kids by name. The pool is always VERY clean as is the pool deck. The bathrooms are usually spotless but occasionally are slightly messy (they can't be picked up after each person and some people are slobs). My only issue is any time I have called the rental office with a question either about joining or getting guest passes, etc. I am always put through to voice mail. I only left a message once and no one ever got back to me. I find it easier just to walk over to take care of any business.
